I would say that out of all the air vent phone holders that I’ve seen or owned. This one is probably the best.
It fits very easily and is very sturdy . The magnet pads hold your phone securely and doesn’t wobble about. It’s also very easy to position your phone exactly where you want it.
I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

This product is well built and sturdy. The magnetic discs hold the phone firmly in place. And because the mechanism hooks into the air vent of the car and doesn’t require it to be stuck onto the dash or window, it means you can easily use it in a hire car. We use it when travelling to Fuerteventura in our hire car. The only thing I will point out is if your phone charges using a wireless cradle, don’t stick the magnetic disc directly to the back of your phone. I get around this by having a spare phone case which I stick the disc on the back of that. Then when we are going out, I swap the cases over so that I can mount the phone in the car for navigation and music. This is a fantastic product, and well worth the money!

This is the phone holder I have ever had and I have had many. I honestly can do it justice in this review. The magnetic attraction is very strong and there is no worries about the phone slipping off. Im usinggalaxys21 ultrawhich is a heavyphone and i have the official case. I have attached the magnetic strip the the outside of the case and its extremely secure. The fixing method to the car is great, the holder is so secure and I’ve not had to adjust it once in the 3 months I have been using it. I can’t recommend this enough. There is a metal clip the secures to the back of the vent fin and you just turn the securing mechanism at yhe front to grip the fin. There’s a bracket sticking out to one side to prevent movement when fitted correctly.
I have read through the negative reviews and I can confirm every single one is user error, even the one with the video!

I am sure we have all at some point bought the stumpy magnetic supports that slot into the cars air vent.
Fine and dandy for temporary use but if you take the phone off it and on it all day the teeth do not grip as well as they use to.
And if you are lucky it comes off with the phone but more often than not it falls off and distracts you as you drive.
This holder has a design I have not seen before. It simply slides into the air vent and grips one of the vent rails and you screw it down until it is secure and that is that.
It is a standard magnet that is strong enough to support most phones. I can imagine that using two would certainly support a larger phone or even a tablet.

It is best secured to a fixed vent rather than a moveable one as it will sway back and forth while driving when the phone is attached. Or do as I did and stop the movement of the vent with ducktape.
As you can see it does protrude more than the regular magnetic mount so bear that in mind when you are positioning it.
It comes with round metal plates that either stick to the back of your device or to its case. If using the latter I suggest attaching the disc to the outside of the case as this gives a better hold on the magnet.
It is a strong holder so be careful not to over tighten the clamp and break your vent grills.
Having tried many dashboard mounts over the years this is bar far the best I have used and at 11.99 it is a very good price.
