Works a treat and stays very tight. Just the job for mounting my iPhone in the car. It has never fallen off whilst driving and can be easily detached or turned through 90 degrees if required.
I would say that out of all the air vent phone holders that I’ve seen or owned. This one is probably the best.
It fits very easily and is very sturdy . The magnet pads hold your phone securely and doesn’t wobble about. It’s also very easy to position your phone exactly where you want it.
I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.
The design of this phone holder allows you to take the holder with you ,if you swop vehicles, it also gives you a great view of Google maps on the move,without obstruction of driving view.
I bought a phone case with a magnet built into it so this phone holder was ideal for using the sat nav whilst driving. The thing I am most impressed with is how solid and robust it all seems. It holds the phone really well and unlike many other models it doesn’t seem like it will drop off on a sharp bend. Really pleased that I didn’t go with the cheapest model.
Because this stands out away from the car’s air vents it gives you much more angle options. Also the phone isn’t subject too heavily to whatever heat or air-conditioning air is coming from the vent . Great product !!
Review after 6 months of using. Just checked today and is strong and stable like first day. Nothing is loose , no bouncing. No need to adjust and to tighten. Never seen so firm airvent holder. The best part is that phone is few inches from vent so no problem with overheating or overcooling your battery. 100% happy.
Does exactly what is says, solid, sturdy excellent product. Used in a peugeot 508 estate. Phone case has metal place backing already so didnt use the plates provided and this works for me. Holds samsung galaxy s21 with bulky case no problem. Strong magnet, easy to install and solid when driving. Stays in place even on bump roads and easily adjustable without any issues. Highly reccommend if it suits your vehicles air vent design.
Have tried many different ways to hold my phone in the car but this has so far worked the best. I put the magnet inside of my phone case so that I don’t have to deal with sticky residue, and it’s working a treat. Very sturdy even over the multiple speed bumps in my area. Extremely happy for the money I paid!

The video showing you how good this is, isn’t as accurate as it shows. My phone won’t stay in landscape position.
It keeps sliding round to portrait position. Other than that it’s grand. Looks well and I do like it.
I have read through the negative reviews and I can confirm every single one is user error, even the one with the video!
Fine and dandy for temporary use but if you take the phone off it and on it all day the teeth do not grip as well as they use to.
And if you are lucky it comes off with the phone but more often than not it falls off and distracts you as you drive.
This holder has a design I have not seen before. It simply slides into the air vent and grips one of the vent rails and you screw it down until it is secure and that is that.
It is a standard magnet that is strong enough to support most phones. I can imagine that using two would certainly support a larger phone or even a tablet.
It is best secured to a fixed vent rather than a moveable one as it will sway back and forth while driving when the phone is attached. Or do as I did and stop the movement of the vent with ducktape.
As you can see it does protrude more than the regular magnetic mount so bear that in mind when you are positioning it.
It comes with round metal plates that either stick to the back of your device or to its case. If using the latter I suggest attaching the disc to the outside of the case as this gives a better hold on the magnet.
It is a strong holder so be careful not to over tighten the clamp and break your vent grills.
Having tried many dashboard mounts over the years this is bar far the best I have used and at 11.99 it is a very good price.
