Q: Why is the touch function on my monitor not working?

This is a really nice quality touchscreen monitor. I was impressed with the selection of cables it came with as well. The only slight negative I have is the ports are on the side of the monitor so when the cables are plugged in, it makes it look a bit messy and not as seamless as it could if the ports were hidden on the rear, despite that meaning it wouldn’t be as thin as it is. It’s very lightweight and perfect for the job.
Bought the screen for my disabled son as he can not use a mouse, this screen is perfect for him
Runs on power from the usb-c port on my pc so you don’t even need the power plug and HDMI for the video in
Picture quality is also very good with a wide gamut but HDR is badly implemented so I would not bother with that.
Build feels very solid and the touch screen is responsive (for a pc to use touch correctly you need to set the screen output to only show on the touch screen or it asks like a writing pad instead of touch capability)
Not tried gaming on it but can not see any issues it would have
