The set has so much play potential as it includes many areas for the cute animals to play in. These rooms include a bathroom, garden and a bedroom with cribs that rock from side to side. There is also an arctic area with an openable egg to put the baby penguin in and a slide that leads to a pond. The characters that are included within the set are cute and are colours that would appeal to young girls.
All of the accessory’s fit into the purse which can then be closed up and taken wherever your little one goes.
A wonderful and fun set for young children to play with and I would recommend as a birthday or Christmas present.
We love mini polly pocket toys in this house, we have been collecting polly pockets since I was a little girl 20 plus years ago, they have sure changed over time in a good way.
This is so cute, a kangaroo purse with a play scene inside with so many accessories included.
My daughters favourite part is the mummy kangaroo, her baby Joey and all the other animals that are included.
Such an amazing toy, it has tiny accessories (be aware of little ones and pets), quality made, lovely bright colours, very realistic and is very detailed.
Shaped as a kangaroo, turns into a purse, and there are lots of hidden surprises which you will come across while playing or setting up.
It has many different levels which includes a animal nursery, play area, bath room etc
Comes with 2 dolls including Polly herself, lots of animals including mummies and babies and accessions like cots, bottles, slides etc.
It’s very easy to open / close and all the accessories will fit nicely inside once you are finished playing.
The only down fall is there are no instructions included so was a bit of a guessing game.
Another great addition to the Polly Pocket range.
The attention to detail is fantastic and it has lots of well designed features. The size of the purse is good too, making it easy for kids to take it out and about.
This will provide lots of imaginative play and hours of entertainment.
The only downside is some of the pieces are incredibly small so can be easily lost and could also be a choking hazard for much smaller children.
Polly Pocket fans will love this set.
You also get a separate little toy garden compartment that tucks inside the larger kangaroo, the little compartment fits only the babies from the set, and I can easily slip this into my pocket to take with me everywhere.
The big kangaroo can be carried as a shoulder bag, it even has a little pouch to keep Polly or the little compartment I talked about earlier, in.
The frustrating thing is that you have to fix it together yourself and there’s no instructions, and even then things keep falling off from their positions.
There is also a bathroom in the set, and a baby feeding area, and a slide which goes down to a pool for the penguin and elephant like to play.
There is also a giant egg in the garden which is where the penguin hatches. But only the Penguin can hatch of course.
The great thing is that the cribs are attached so they can’t fall off and yet they can rock from side to side.
4 stars because things keep falling off and they don’t give you a manual. I like it, but it could have been better.
I remember Polly Pocket toys from being a little girl myself and I’m glad that my niece gets to enjoy them, as I used to.
This one is very cute and includes lots of tiny little animals – elephants, kangaroos and penguins – as well as the tiny Polly Pocket characters and loads of accessories. It all fits inside the big(ish) pink kangaroo, which opens up into some sort of miniature hotel with beds and a little park with a slide.
It’s super cute and would make an excellent gift for older children who won’t accidentally swallow the teeny tiny little pieces! A great addition to any Polly Pocket collection.

My children love Polly Pocket, and this ‘Mama and Joey’ has plenty that they adore. Like all of the Pollys this pack comes looking like something different. The modern toys are ingenious at times, and this is one the cleverest I have come across. The theme is an animal crche, and it is all stored within not just a Mummy kangaroo, but also her joey. Inside there are two dolls to use and plenty of interactive elements from sliding in the garden to eating and sleeping. Being an animal creche, you also get lots of little animals – from all over the world it seems.
The quality is as high as I have come to expect from the range. The elements may be small, but they are well structured. The way that everything fits into itself is very clever. Polly Pocket seems to appeal to a certain type of child that enjoys roleplaying with characters. This set is perfect for that as there are lots of things to do and imagine. They are great for having in the back of the car in between children as they can both play parts. This version of the toy reverts back to a kangaroo and the joey fits in a clever pocket at the front. It even comes with a strap, so it is fun for a child to carry around with them.
