It is very comfortable to use and for me it does the job. I used it only once atm and I can see the difference when doing core workout it does make someone to sweat a lot!!!
I like the style of this vest as it sits under my gilet and is discreet. I wear it when out with the dog so as to get more out of walk.

I am really impressed with this jacket for comfort weight distribution and straps really work the money. I have one that I bought from decathlon a lot more expensive and it doesn’t compare.
GREAT BUY
It is very easy to adjust and fit and I find it comfortable to wear for prolonged periods, although it gets a little sweaty underneath (which you would hope for!) This is easy to wipe clean and keep hygienic though.
The plastic clip buckles seem well made and stitched to the vest well and hold securely as I move around.
This particular vest is very good value for money compared to others i’ve seen on Amazon and is a great way to add some extra weight to your body to make exercises slighty tougher and more effective.
I’ve got all my friends wearing them for menopause weight gain too as they give you a good cardio workout on a walk
Start slow and check with doctors physio before you start as it may no be ok for you to use with your issues. But I’m over the moon and will be buying another one heavier soon.
Fits perfectly, I’m 5’7 female and it fits great. You could run in it as it doesn’t move around a lot. I would definitely recommend this vest, it’s great value, great quality, fits really well and you can really feel the difference when wearing it. I generally use it for the gym and walking and I’m really pleased with it. Would definitely recommend. Also speedy next day delivery.
This is absolutely fantastic for 3 weeks I have been using this vest for walking once a day and doing exercise with it on 3 times a week and I have lost 4″ from my chest and normally takes me ages to lose here ad this is my problem area’s first to gain last to lose so I am over the moon absolutely worth every penny!!!
I can see myself use it in my Pilates and martial arts practice. But I’ll gradually build up the length of time I wear it, starting with an hour a day this week maybe a bit more, to using it while doing sport in a week or two, to not cause excessive fatigue to the shoulde, upper back muscles and thus cause an injury.
Note that I’m a a petite size (1m60/5’2) but fairly fit from years of Taekwondo and Pilates practice and teaching. Adapt your build up to your own level.
It’s just a shame you can’t add more weights, once adapted you’ll have to buy a whole new vest. I guess that explains the reasonable price.
I’d say the workload on any activity is increased by 30% which inturn progressively increase with fatigue. This is a serious but of kit that’s both comfortable (I’m slim to medium build) and seemingly well made. Very happy with this purchase.
