RAINSMORE Hiking Backpack 40L Lightweight Foldable Rucksack for Men Women Water Resistant Backpack Durable Packable Travel Daypack for Camping Climbing Walking Mountaineer Sports Outdoo
Bought this for my son for a charity walk he was doing. He said it was amazing, fit everything in as very roomy and the chest strap helped with carrying it all.
Really good product for short breaks. Has lots of pockets and holds weight really well. Som went camping for 2 nights and much lighter and smaller than a rucksack. Can comfortably hold pair of shoes laptop (+power, ephemeral etc) and 2 sets of spare clothes with space. Love the little front belt clip to hold on shoulders and a water bottle holder on either side. A great buy
This hiking backpack is well-made and looks great. The fabric material feels good quality and the stitching is great too. The zippers are smooth to pull and can be easily folded which is great for storage. It has many compartments for storing different items. Most importantly, it is comfortable to carry and the 40L capacity is perfect for 1-2 days of travel, hiking, or camping. I used it on a day trip recently and it was very comfortable to carry. This product is priced at 22.99 at the time of review, which I think is reasonable considering the quality and performance. I would highly recommend this backpack if you like the design.
This is a super day sack with lots of pockets and a neat roll up into a small pouch which is useful if you are packing it into a suitcase for holidays for example to use at a later date. It’s comfortable even when fully loaded and the straps are easily adjustable. For the price I’m really impressed. Highly recommended.
I was surprised by how much storage space this backpack offered, especially considering it arrived compressed in a small compartment. The material is on the thinner side, but it feels surprisingly strong and durable. It likely isn’t the most indestructible backpack out there, but it certainly doesn’t feel flimsy. The main compartment is substantial, and the various sized pockets and additional straps offer excellent organization for easy access and secure storage. All the zippers feel durable and work smoothly, and the stitching looks good. Wearing is comfortable thanks to plenty of thick padding on the lower back side.
Overall, the entire product gives an impression of good quality, one that I would trust on many outdoor journeys. Considering the price, this backpack delivers exceptional value for money. It feels well-made and ready for any outdoor adventure.
It’s been a fantastic addition to my outdoor gear collection. One of the standout features is its incredibly lightweight design, which makes it easy to carry even on long adventures. The fact that it’s foldable is a huge bonus, as it doesn’t take up much space when not in use.
The backpack is also water-resistant, which is essential for outdoor activities like camping, climbing, and walking. I’ve tested it in light rain, and my belongings stayed dry throughout. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the attention to detail, especially with the zippers, is noticeable.
Another thing I appreciate is the abundance of pockets. It’s great for keeping things organized and easily accessible. Plus, the backpack can be folded into its pocket, making it super convenient for storage and travel.
Overall, I’m very impressed with this backpack. It’s not only functional but also looks very presentable. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and versatile outdoor backpack.
This is a nice mid-sized, light-weight backpack that folds down into its own little integrated pocket but has a decent carrying capacity once unpacked. There are plenty of pockets and straps and the main body is big enough to store a jacket and what not. It’s water resistant, so good for summer hikes, but doesn’t provide protection against serious weather. Plenty of adjustment in the carrying straps so will be suitable for all sizes of people, though the wide strap-pads are a bit flimsier then I’d like, so tend to roll around the main straps rather than spread the pressure evenly.
The blue I got looks good and other colours are available too. For just 23 it’s much better than you’d expect and is very good value indeed.
A must have backpack for hiking. The durable waterproof nylon fabric and reinforced seams ensure it can handle whatever you throw at it. The 40L capacity is fantastic, really spacious yet it remains lightweight and easy to carry. I love the thoughtful design features like the wet/dry pocket and adjustable straps for trekking poles. Plus, it’s super comfortable to wear, thanks to the breathable mesh and padding. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone who loves outdoor adventures, I’m very happy with this bag and would highly recommend.
The rucksack is well made with good quality double zips. The stitching on zips and seams is strong and secure. The lighter weight is achieved through the use of nylon rather than the heavier and thicker Oxford fabric. It won’t be as durable in the long run, so it’s probably best suited as an occasional or day bag. The manufacturer’s design provides lots of storage, both inside and out, in multiple pockets. Despite the compact size, there is plenty of padding at the rear for comfortable walking. The rucksack arrives neatly folded into its own internal pouch. The challenges is always in repacking it. following the instructions, I managed it fairly easily first time!
I hope you found this review useful.
If you have a question, I always try to respond when Amazon forwards them to me.
What you see in their photos is what you get. We like everything about this except the central zip pocket, which could be in a more secure position, off to the side, that way it would be less obvious, and more useful.
There are lots of flappy straps, but overall a good foldaway rucksack you can tuck into your suitcase when you go on holiday, or, use it as your carryon, which is what hubby intends to do. He likes that the main compartment is large, so you can easily push a jacket in there, unlike some back packs that are segmented with too many ‘areas’…
All the stitching and zips appear to be of good quality, his last rucksack lasted over 15 years, lets see if this one is up to muster! One last comment, good luck squishing it back into its carrier, it was hard enough getting it out, so we are not bothering to push it back in as it will probably never be used that way anyway. Good value for 23.
