I have been doing vocal training and one of the exercise involves reading aloud with your mouth held open. These are great for having something safe to bite onto when doing the exercise.
I’ve also been trying to strengthen my jaw in general, not for shaping and sculpting (which I don’t believe these exercisers can do) but for general jaw health.
I’ve had some other exercisers that were quite big and hard to use. These ones are smaller (a more beginner size), so are more comfortable.
The come in a plastic case for storage.
The exercisers are easy to clean and dry quickly.
I’m very happy with these.
