    I have bought renewed phones from Amazon Renewed before and have always received great service.
    You can buy the same item cheaper elsewhere but you cant rely on the condition being as described.
    Amazon renewed has a good reputation and it is well worth paying a little extra to get what you want.

    This is the 2nd renewed phone bought from Amazon (can’t beat saving 1000 pounds and getting a competent phone with warranty).

    The S22 Ultra is overall a great flagship phone from yesteryear. Only downsides are lack of expandable storage and what feels like a less competent camera to my 5-year old S10+ (in well-lit conditions).

    This renewed unit was stated to be in “Excellent” condition and both exterior and battery is living up to that designation. The screen, however, has a burn-in from the navigation bar (see attached image), which apparently is what eventually happens to OLED displays when continuously on.

    I would only wish that the seller had offered a partial refund rather than just to return the phone; returning it and transferring to yet another phone is simply too much hassle.

    An almost fully satisfied customer here.

    I have only bought brad new phones before at up to around 400, I decided to buy this refurbished phone and I am so glad I did.
    It really is like new. I am so pleased.
    As an older person I love the clear bright screen and the fingerprint security. I have had this fingerprint option on other phones but it never really worked. Finerprints become less well defined in your seventies but this one really works. I expect to buy another refurbished phone next time.

    This my first purchase of a refurbished phone on Amazon. The one in particular: Samsung S22 Ultra 256GB in Excellent Condition bought in 2024.
    For a while I was apprehensive about buying one from Amazon as you are giving a general picture of the product you are interesting in. So, for that reason I was looking through Ebay as you gauge the quality of the phones with many pictures etc and I was close to buying one but the I couldnt get one for what I would say was the right price. Amazon, only uses rating category, which goes from good, very good to excellent and obviously the price is determined. I chose ‘excellent’, but like I said I bit apprehensive as you still don’t want to commit to buying something if it arrives as isn’t deemed to be ‘excellent condition’. Especially when you are putting a few hundred quid down.
    Anyway I took the gamble knowing Amazon has a 1 year gaurentee. It arrived and at first was a tad annoyed as it had a chip in the corner of the frame of the phone. But then I looked at condition of the phone overall such as the screen was all in still in tack, not a single scratch, and the same with rest of the phone, the camera lens wete still clear and the back looks as though did its never been used it did look excellent.
    I will add, that my phone did not arrive in an original Samsung Box, it was however, nicely packaged in box by the refurbishment company. I personally would have preferred the original box, but that’s just me being picky.
    Overall, I am happy with this purchase, as the phone works, it’s a Samsung its a quality product and that’s what I have received, even refurbished. I will probably do this again down the line.

    The phone is great and I’m very happy with the new phone as my old phone broke! However, it wasn’t in Excellent condition as there was a light scuff which is very noticeable when I put my fight on it on the side of the phone, but other than that all good!
