After contacting Perfa regarding the problem below the company were spot on with their customer service Lucy sorted out my refund for the faulty item and was very apologetic she also arranged as a gesture of good will that I was sent out a hanging air purifier and a hanging air freshener with the scent of my choice (Greed) the company have been amazing and I will definitely keep shopping with them 5 stars across the board
I bought this about 8 weeks ago for the car it worked perfectly after the 1st charge which lasted near on 7 weeks with about 15 minutes use 5 days a week but, after charging it for only the 2nd time from new the device either doesn’t hold a charge or won’t charge it will only work via the usb type c cable being attached

I will start by mentioning that I have been using a number of electric car diffusers in the last years, but the Perfa electric car diffuser has to be my most favourite one for many reasons. The double steam feature ensures that the scent is easily spread throughout the car. I was very impressed with its modern design and modern features such as the touch enabled controls. I am able to use the diffuser both in the car and inside the house as it is powerful enough to provide fragrance to all corners of a room.
Perfa perfume – we liked so much, we were not using any diffuser due my asthma problem, but this diffuser not affected my asthma and good quality , Excellent smell..good value of money,long lasting smell ,good appearance

The battery life is top notch and I really really like the car feature, perfect for the car as it only activates when you’re in the car, and turns itself off when you aren’t. Definitely worth pairing it with some other scents from the Perfa store too!

This things great. Charged and filled it then put it in my car in car mode. Week later and it still has power and it’s no where near empty.
Might be more money than regular air fresheners but it’ll be cheaper in the long run. Highly recommended item.
This product is amazing, I got it to use in my car, though it has a mode for in the house and one for in the car, and since using it the past few days my full car smells fresh and airy, the sent from it is amazing for such a compact product, I charged the battery the day I received it last week and it is still going strong and the size and shape of it means it fits perfectly into my car cup holder, but just snug enough for it not to rattle about. I was concerned about it being filled with water and spilling however once the lid is secured I gave it a good shake upside down and not a single drop of water spilled out, I woukd HIGHLY recommend this product it’s great value for money as it could replace constantly buying disposable airfreshners which isn’t great for the environment where as ypu just refill this with water and one of there amazing scent bottles
So I got the oil hanging car bottle with the string from this company and was so impressed I decided to try the car auto diffuser. Well I’m very impressed and it’s a really nice little gadget for car. I tried it on car mode and works good as it senses for vibration and then shut of till you drive again very handy, looks like the oil and water will last a while and the spray amount is nice. 5 . Also you get a free 10m bottle of oil in box I think mines is sauvge that came, as I have the avantus one already and it just the best. UPDATE…These corroded after about a week of useing it. Had 2 now and same thing. See pics as similar happened to othere on here the oil I used was the one supplied with I
This is a little miracle! Amazing product it works brilliantly! Used for a couple of days now all I can say is better then the one I plug in in my living room! Small, rechargeable lovely design good battery life all in one it’s a very good buy honestly very happy with the product! As usual from Perfa another great product! The seller Yulafragrances is very responsive and extremely helpful!
