This pool has surprised me in a few ways. I wasn’t expecting such a sturdy, easy to build pool that didn’t come apart even when the two little ones were splashing about.
The metal poles were easy to slot into the connectors – it took about ten minutes maximum. It’s also easy to take apart as well due to how straightforward the construction is.
The vinyl seems to be very strong and did not pierce or leak at all on the days that we’ve used it. It is quite slippery so we put a bath mat in place so the little ones could move around a bit more. It’s also not going to be as soft as an inflatable pool so we put a nylon mat underneath as well.
I would have liked a top cover with it but overall I am happy with the value of this and it’s a great alternative to the inflatable ones we’ve used in the past.

I really like the fact that there is no inflation required to set up this pool. Finally we have had some good warm weather so we set it up for the twins to play in. Set up was really quite easy and the metal tubes connect very well. The fabric of the pool is strong and appears durable although the fact it comes with a repair patch is a little concerning and doesn’t fill me with confidence.
The water is very easily kept in place and no leaks at all from ours. I really liked how easy set up is and no huffing and puffing like with the blow up style. My 3 year olds had a great time splashing about in this and its been lots of fun. It would of been awesome if this came with a cover as the next day we had all manor of insects floating in the water and grass etc that had blown in.
The build quality seems very good and durable and should last for some years, I hope the metal framework does not rust over this time during the winter months.
This is so much better than the traditional inflatable pool. It goes up quickly with no huffing and puffing, and it stays up, no leaking seams or slow punctures. Obviously you have to be careful not to damage the material, it needs to be placed on a lawn, free of stones/broken glass/scrap metal etc.. Once it’s up, it’s sturdy. My dog loves it!
Poles and frame are in metal, super strong and thick plastic brackets and a very sturdy and also thick vinyl sheet material for the actual pool.
was is best for me is than I can build it easily in less than 5 minutes, I do not need to inflate and just put the water in. UK weather (Manchester where I am from) unfortunately doesn’t allow us family to have a pool out for more than a week as it is always raining here… so this is perfect for me. To store is simply and easy as taking the water out, dry it out with the leaf blower, roll it and dismantling the 4 side poles and 4 legs and it can be store in a long slim box were it arrived and it doesn’t take me almost any space. just a tiny space on a corner of the shed and is perfect until next use.
The frame of this pool seems well made and the connectors seem sturdy and are a good secure fit.
The fabric is reasonably thick but not dissimilar to that of inflatables so may fail especially when used with toys and suchlike.
I think as long as you are mindful to keep it on a flat soft surface that can’t puncture it and not a slope, and to be careful with the plug when emptying it and don’t try to tip it it should be fine.
It’s an ideal size for toddlers and it’s perfect for my ducks to have a dip.
I wouldn’t let my dogs in it without reinforcing the bottom with some sort of matting in case their claws punctured it.
It’s simple to disassemble and can be stored easily.
If treated carefully it should last well. It comes with a repair patch in case mishaps occur.
