My little niece adores this camera! It’s been the perfect companion for her budding photography adventures. The bright pink colour and compact size make it easy for her to carry around, and the simple buttons are intuitive even for her small hands.
She’s been snapping away at everything from our family dog to flowers in the garden, and she’s even mastered the art of the selfie with the flip-up lens. The photo quality is surprisingly good for a kids’ camera, and the videos are decent too.
It’s also surprisingly durable, having survived a few accidental drops and bumps without any issues. The battery life is decent, lasting for a good few hours of playtime before needing a recharge. It’s a fantastic way to encourage her creativity and capture those special moments.

Perfect for a day out. This has kept my granddaughter entertained on many days out. She has took plenty of photos with some that were actually quite good for a child.

This is a brilliant little camera that even comes with a mini table tripod.
For a child’s camera it’s pretty decent quality of 48 megapixels and it takes reasonable photos.
It has a front and rear camera with a lens that flips up and can also take videos.
There are also a small selection of child friendly games that can be played on it.
It’s not touch screen but the buttons are easy to use and although a bit to small for my chunky fingers are perfect for little ones. My 6 year old granddaughter had no problem working out all the controls.

This camera is quite basic – great for little kids who dont have a phone available to them. It has games, and filters too. My 11y old (who has her own phone) was reluctant to give this a try, when I asked if she could review it. In fact it was met with a very sceptical look. It was too young for her. Although she found the “selfie mode” hilarious.
It comes with a tripod (very small) and a usb card reader. It comes with the memory card already in the camera. It also comes with a charging cable – USB to USB C. It also comes with a hand strap. In fact all you need really.
The camera is very easy to use and easy to charge. A small child should be able to manage both with minimal instruction. It is a pretty pink colour. It comes in a box, and would make an excellent gift for a small child.
ETA: YOU CANNOT VIEW THE PHOTOS ON THE CAMERA – NOR CAN YOU DELETE THEM. You have to do that by taking out the memory card and doing that on a PC.
I got this for my 7 year old niece because she’s always ‘borrowing’ my sister’s phone to take photos with, and to play games on. Turns out that this is a really nice little camera, and she is really enjoying using it. She hasn’t tried out the video function yet but it’s only a matter of time before she becomes an absolute menace with it, and records us all at the most inopportune moments!
The build quality seems to be very strong and sturdy, and the picture quality is actually pretty good. This camera includes a memory card, lanyard, USB charging cable, and a tripod, plus has an internal rechargeable battery, so I think it’s really good value.
This kids camera comes packaged in a sturdy box, together with instructions and accessories including a strap, tripod and USB charging cable. A micro SD card is already installed in the camera and a USB-A adapter for this is also included. The camera is lightweight plastic with a flip-up lens for selfies but build quality seems OK.
The camera has a standard layout, with one round button on the top right and a screen on the back. To the right of the screen are six buttons – four arranged together in a keypad and two just under those. The screen is bright and the menu is very easy to navigate with a good amount of settings.
Picture quality is fairly basic but goes up to a respectable 48 megapixels. Pictures come out very well in daylight but there is no flash so the camera doesn’t perform as well indoors or in low light conditions. It can’t match the quality you’d get from a phone but for kids it’s fine. There are a variety of cartoony frames and filters to play with. On top of that a few basic minigames are included (Snaker, PushBox and Tetris). Video recording also works well though will run the battery down quicker. With no power-hungry flash to worry about the battery lasts a good while, at least when taking photos.
Charging the camera is simple using the included USB-C cable (though you can use one of your own if you prefer, it’s a standard cable). The camera has no wi-fi or Bluetooth, so photos can’t be accidentally shared. The camera appears well built, though there’s nothing really to distinguish it from other kids cameras I have tried apart from the 48 setting, flip lens and USB-C connection.
As an introduction to digital photography for kids, this is a decent little camera overall. There are a lot of very similar cameras out there with identical or better functionality (e.g. more games) but the stand is a nice extra many don’t come with.
This is a great idea. It’s a slightly more sophisticated version of the kid’s camera that is itself a great caera, but I think as kids grow up a bit they’re going to want something less cutesy and childlike looking. This caters to that older kid, with several extra features as well as a simpler look. A really nicely thought-out product.
The camera is smaller than a standard camera, with a graphic design on the front, and a nice feature lens that can be flipped up to take selfies (the software knows to flip the image when you set the camera to take selfies, which is good).
You get the camera, a simple neckstrap, a USB charging cable, a cute little tripod, the 32GB memory card (already installed), and a handy card reader to transfer stuff you want to keep from the camera to your laptop, and to transfer the other way, so you can put music from your laptop onto the camera to listen to. All this comes really very nicely packaged with a sturdy box with a lovely graphic two-tone design, making it perfect for gift-giving.
One thing I did do before I handed this over was to charge the camera, so it was ready to go straight out of the box. But aside form that everything you need to start taking photos is included.
I really like that this camera is rechargeable, as I feel so guilty handing gifts to kids that will force the parents to keep on having to buy batteries for evermore. This way is so much better for the environment, and a guilt-free gift!
This camera does so much, as well—pretty much the same as any adult camera, in fact — plus it has games and plays music. The rear screen is large and full-colour, and the buttons to the side of it work in pretty much the same way as every adult camera, so any child who learns this will be able to go onto an adult camera next, and know how to work it.
The ‘younger’ version of this kind of camera comes with a set of very simple colour filters to apply to photos, but here the filters are a little more sophisticated, giving a bit more scope for creativity, which is good. There are also a few fun ones, to add glasses and moustaches and smiles, etc. It also has cute little edging frames that you can apply to photos, to jazz them up, plus a timer to use with the tripod, and a staggered-shutter release (burst shooting), which is a great upgrade idea, I think. As is the addition of a small LED light, to improve low-light shooting. There’s also three little old-style games to play, plus you can use it to play music which you load onto the card from your laptop. We even realized that you can play MP3 videos loaded onto the 32GB card back on the camera screen!
Honestly, I’d be really pleased if my adult camera that came with those functions!
I really can’t fault this little camera. It’s a fantastic gift, giving opportunities to learn a little technology but also to be creative, and because of all the features for image editing, they can slowly build on that creativity each time they use it. I’m sure if you gave this at a birthday party it would be THE present that was opened and played with immediately, and passed eagerly around everyone there! It may well kick-start many a lifelong hobby, and the photos and video taken and stored will be great to look back on for so many reasons.
For the price, I’d say it’s the ideal gift; myself I can’t wait to hand this over and watch the fun ensue.

This little camera comes in a nice little box and is nicely presented so would make a good gift. The camera comes with a memory card, tripod which you can attach, a lead for charging/taking photos off via a computer etc. The tripod is easy to screw in and the legs can either be kept together and your child can hold onto it as a bit of a handle, or you can splay the legs out and use it as a tripod.
The camera is very easy to operate with buttons which are big enough for little fingers to operate but not so big that it makes the toy look babyish. The lens flips up which makes this really fun for kids and you can click a button to make it turn into selfie-mode. You can take photos and videos.
The battery lasts about 2 hours so good for a trip out and we took a powerbank with us so we could charge it up to last longer when we had a day out!
