This set works well on its own or as part of a larger existing set. The figure of eight track still has enough variation to make it fun, and the interactivity given by the bridge will keep little ones entertained enough beyond the closed loop track. Percy will drive on it’s own and it’s fun for little ones to see him go round or control whether he stops or starts. Any little Thomas or train fans will love the added sounds and interactivity from this easy to put together set.
Great first train set with motorised Percy and musical lift bridge. Easy to set up figure of eight track and also has a set of points so track can be extended at a later date. Kids of all ages love playing with it too. Usual fisher price quality . Brilliant!
This Thomas & Friends Train set with talking Bulstrode is a fun set for any Thomas fans. If you have existing sets, then this set will connect to the other sets to allow you to combine into a bigger playset. The set has a talking Bulstrode with a bridge that can be lifted and lowered. The set is actually quite nice with plenty of play area and lots of play for your child. It’s well made and comes ready to gift!
This Thomas and Friends train set has decent play value on it own, but will be significantly enhanced further when it is integrated with other sets. The set includes a variety of track, a functioning drawbridge, a motorised Percy train engine and Bullstrode the barge. Bullstrode talks, but this version of Percy does not seem to interact with him. Percy travels under his own power around all the track elements without any difficulty. He is robust enough to survive falls off the bridge, when the bridge is raised to allow Bullstrode to pass through underneath. Good value for money.
