Initially I could not recommend this product. See original review below. I found a solution to the problem described below and am sharing it in case others have the same problem. I found that changing the energy setting in ‘Settings>System>Power>Power mode’ from Balanced to Best performance seems to have solved the very regular shutting down of the pc.
I am now pleased with the pc. I like that it is compact and fits on the back of my monitor and gives me a good system for the price. I have removed one star as the pc should work on the ‘Balance’ power setting.

I have been using this pc for a couple of months. I like the small size and that it can be attached to the monitor. When it is working it is ok. However the computer shuts down very frequently due to a problem with windows. This has happened to me pretty much every day that I use it, and I find it very frustrating. As a result of this problem I would not recommend this computer.
Brought this as my BYOD for work -intend to use as a laptop since I don’t need to use where there’s no power outlets. Just attach a portable monitor, mouse and keyboard and such a powerful system. CPU mark is 30.1k, memory is in the 73rd percentile, and disk in the 87th. Overall system 80th percentile. You’ll not be disappointed. The fan can kick out some noise, but to be expected I’d say. And power usage is very wallet friendly compared to my full tower, half the rating setup
