I have a wifi extender which is type a plug (USA). I was using it with a multipurpose (EU-USA to UK) socket adapter. But because of its multipurpose socket holes it was too loose to stick on it. Then I searched for a type a to g and I found this. Yes it has two sockets on it one on top the other is the same direction to uk socket but I don’t need the second one. It is really an high quality product. Definetely I recommend it.
This is a well made fused adapter for using US devices in the UK. What I like is that it supports both 3-prong US devices but also provides a second 2-prong receptacle on the top of the adapter as well.

Ideal plug for converting US plugs into UK ones so perfect for US travellers visiting the UK or if someone in the UK is purchasing a device/appliance with a US plug (which is why I ordered this). It’s also compatible with lots of other countries that use two pin plugs so handy if you have visitors from abroad. The input voltage is 240 volts. The travel adapter also comes with a 13A fuse, so if the device fails, it will automatically cut off the power which is a good safety feature and also protects your device from damage. Works well and happy to recommend.
