Please adjust the laptop’s output resolution to a lower setting or verify the cable connection.
Can’t get the 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 resolution?
Please replace a newer 4K@60hz UHDTV or a laptop that is compatible with the DP 1.2 / 1.4 standard or Thunderbolt 3. Kindly note that a single display can support up to 4K@60hz, but in MST mode, dual displays can only support up to 4K@30hz.
Can’t extend two different screens ?
This hub doesn’t support macOS under MST mode, please try windows system.
Picked up a few various HDMI splitters and switches from Amazon recently, and I’m just here to report that everything is functioning as expected on first use, and nothing about this (or any of them) seems to be broken or otherwise throwing up a red flag, so they’re all getting added to the A/V gig kit. Will report back if any of these devices fail; otherwise assume everything is working fine.

This USB C to Dual HDMI adapter has a nice green colour and appears to be made from aluminium. I feel solid quality. The HDMI ports on this support up to 4k@60Hz which is great to see. For 24.99, at the time of review, this is quite pricey for this type of product however this one does perform well.
This is an easy to use dual HDMI adapter to connect laptop to 2 external monitors using USB-C. The device is small and easy to connect. I was able to set up my HP elitebook laptop to 2 Samsung monitors in about 2 minutes. I love that this product works ! It is plug and play and simple. No flicker or bad picture. Everything I needed for a quick and simple connection.
The USB C to hdmi adapter supports resolution up to 4K(3840X2160P@60HZ) with a single monitor and dual monitor with HDMI has resolution 3840×2160@30Hz. As I indicated, I had no difficulty with screen flicker or reading my screen. This is a good choice for someone with a suitable laptop computer (such as HP elitebook) with USB C connection and wanting to connect 2 external monitors. Thank you!
This works great allowing me to use one USB C output to two displays via HDMI input. I can still lock windows on to each screen and choose the order of my displays. Depending on your set up, you will want to consider getting a USB C extender cable and you will need to power both displays as HDMI does not carry it. Great product!
