The slots are slightly too small for my G shocks, but for normal watches will fit perfectly.
I believe this is more for ladies watches and jewellery as per description.
Pillows feels cheap as hell, can’t call them pillows, they’re just carton bits wrapped in material. That’s why I gave 4 stars.
I bought this for my dad for his birthday. He does like a watch! It’s so much more lovely than I imagined it was going to be. I bought the ‘cherry’ one. It looks very expensive, he loves it and it’s loaded up already!
The only real drawback is that the cushions for the watches are only one size (they don’t have a smaller insert inside them) and so if you have smaller wrists then you can’t close a bracelet around them. Straps will be fine obviously.
If you have mechanical watches with advanced complications such a perpetual calendar or moon phases then you’d be better off getting a case with winders included but for simple date only or no date mechanical watches it’s fine as having to set them isn’t much of an issue.
For the money, this is a great, static storage option.
UPDATE 30.06.22. I’ve decided to return this as due to the cushions being rigid I cannot secure my watches to them. So for those with smaller wrists who have watches on bracelets, I’d suggest going for something with soft cushions.
