Really happy with this hoover use it on my koi fry pond does the job very well. Powerful suction very portable. Makes ease of cleaning the bond no longer a hassle easy to use
When it first arrived the motor head would not seal to main body,seemed to be something missing,but I needed to clean my pond,so I experimented and found that a bit of sponge on each clamp did the trick,now it does the job quite well
Over the years I have had 3 pond vacs, this being the 3rd one and I can easily say this vac is as good as the more expensive brands and feels like it will last for a long time. I have purchased this vac purely for pond maintenance and I am so glad that I purchased this brand.
The assembly is very easy although I am waiting for my son to fit the wheels as I do not have the strength to push them in but feel once they are fitted they will definitely be fitted well and not at risk of becoming loose and falling out. The other equipment supplied is more than enough for whatever task you need this wet and dry vac for but the fact I am using it solely for the pond it has everything you need to use in the pond.
The length of hoses means you can position the vac where you want the dirty water to discharge and the length of hose for the suction is long enough to reach a good depth and still pick up the particles you need to remove.
The set up and put away is simple and this vac has a screw cap for the drainage hole which means you can use the wet function indoors if there is need to and better than the other brands I have had that were purely just a push in plug.
I have used both forms of suction, one of which is suction for 30 seconds and discharge for 25 seconds, it may not sound like a long run time but the suction is that powerful that 30 seconds is plenty of time for the 30ltr tank fill up. The other option is that permanent running with float switch stopping the suction when the tank us full and then discharge and restart when empty.
I am more than pleased with this vac and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about getting this brand, I know to some people what something looks like is important and this vac does look really good, all I worry about is if it performs how I need it to and this vac has surpassed all my expectations, if there was one thing I would change is the length of electric cable that it has, it states that it’s 5m’s but it doesn’t appear to be that long but it is a minor thing and I am still able to position the plug in an extention lead safely away from the risk of any water getting into the electrics.
As with anything that is made of plastic I always check everything for sharp parts that may cause damage to something it comes into contact with, I also have a liner pond so it is really important that nothing sharp enters the pond, there is one item that I do not think I will use in my pond just to be on the safe side but everything else I need is perfectly safe for use in a liner pond. Everything slots nice and securely in place and I have had no problems with the pipes falling off, there really is nothing negative about this vac and it has made my pond maintenance so much easier and quicker and I would definitely say it is one piece of pond equipment that I definitely needed and I would gladly re buy if I ever need to, I personally feel this vacs performance is above and beyond all expectations and the price of under 100 there is absolutely nothing to fault about it.

This item works well if there is not a lot of leaf debris at the bottom of the pond, also the bag that goes over the suction hole won’t stay on, I have now sorted this by hanging the plastic tie outside of the unit, having said that, it emptied the pond water quickly along with a lot of sludge.
– Lots of pieces but assembling it is actually quite intuitive.
– Loads of extras, like wheels, which we didn’t use.
-Choices on what you do with the water, you can store it in the tank and empty when full, or attach the outlet pipe, which allows after to flow out when not pumping.
– Has a filter bag to catch larger pieces of waste, which can easily be emptied into the garden waste bin – but it does occasionally slip off.
-Strong suction, great for pond weed, leaves, and nuts.
– Not too loud, didn’t bother my toddler playing nearby.
-Good for cleaning gravel, lots of attachments for different uses.
– Really sturdy build, good quality materials used, lots of protection for the gear in terms of flyer bags, filter screens and sponges.

it’s not very heavy for a pond vacuum, it’s below 8kg with empty tank, swivel wheels and a big top handle for easy manoeuvre
there are 4 extension tubes to fit the working depth, cover large working area with 4 meters suction hose and 2 meters drainage hose; the collection tank can store up to 30 litre waste water and can be drain automatically with the drainage hose installed
multiple filters and dirt collection bags installed to ensure dirt and debris are captured, no waste will be returned to the pond or blocking drain, filters and bags can be removed and clean easily
this vacuum is a perfect tool for pond maintenance, a few heads included for scrubbing and brushing, also crevice tool and flat nozzle to remove hidden dirt on edge, gaps and bottom
it’s also good for outdoor and car maintenance, pick up small rocks and debris around the garden, clean artificial lawn, as well as pick up dirt from car mats
all in all, this is a great pond vacuum, versatile, even not for pond use, it’s still an excellent outdoor vacuum, happy work it, would recommend
