This weed brush comes dismantled in 4 parts, the head of the brush, the handle bar and then 2 other bars for extending the brush. When put together this measured approximately 143cm which I thought was a pretty good length, saves tall people having to bend down awkwardly. It’s very simple to put together and dismantle .
The wire bristles are nice and hard and the brush as a whole feels sturdy enough to me. It does it’s job but I find it does take a long time and, maybe it’s just me, but it does take some effort just to do 1 small area, maybe it could have done with a larger head to cover more ground.
I thought I’d try it out on my decking as that’s in a terrible state and it was clearing the muck off but I decided to stop as I thought the bristles were a bit hard for the wood and was splintering it, but it was working albeit required some effort. I’ll stick to using it in the weeds for which it was made for. Good price, and as long as you don’t mind giving it a bit of elbow, this does a great job.
This works very well on block paving or a patio (I have used it on both). The handle screws together in sections and is very sturdy but can then be collapsed for easy storage, if needed. I’m 6ft tall and it was plenty long enough so that I didn’t have to stoop. The business end is pretty simple: it’s a very still, thin wire brush and a pick on one side. It’s a very effective tool and requires little effort to shift dirt and weeds. Grass tufts tend to de harder to shift and I ended up pulling these out by ha d if they were very large, but this is not the fault of the tool! All in all, this make short work of something I dread doing and I will definitely now not put it off so long next time.
A fair price too so I’d say this was good value.
I used a wooden-handled brush of this type some years ago, but I didn’t find it very useful, and quite a lot of effort was required to operate it. But this variant on the basic design is different in a few details, and that makes all the difference.
The small wooden head is set with fine copper bristles, which are much better at getting onto the narrow gaps between block paviors than the coarser bristles of the old brush. They wont go very deep, but they are able to pull or scrape out shallow-rooted grass and weeds, where normal scrapers are ineffective. I think there are better tools for large gaps and deeper-rooted plants. This is more suited to fine work. It was also useful on a small area of crazy paving, with mortar in the joints, and no real gaps to attack. For the occasional deep plant in a wider gap or hole, there is a metal spike with a wedge point.
The other improvement, is the handle, which here is made from four threaded large-diameter steel tubes. These can be used in combination to give various handle lengths, or packed up for storage or transport. The handle is light but it doesn’t flex, allowing the full effort to be transmitted to the head.
The weeder is easy to assemble, and all the steel parts are coated with what looks like phosphate, or plated, and should be reasonably corrosion-resistant.
The current cost of this well-made tool is 18.97, including delivery.
Apologies for the wobbliness of the video.
This brush seems well made, it was easy to assemble and feels nice and solid.
I have a patio outside our back door which, although we have renewed the mortar, still seems to grow a lot of weeds! This brush is great, you can really get between the paving slabs and scrape the weeds out. It held up well to this, I didn’t notice any bristles dropping out and it was pretty effective.
I have seen these types of brush cheaper, but this one does seem well made.
This extendable path and patio groove cleaners is really quite useful in that you don’t have to bend over to clean the grooves of weeds or moss.
The main part of the head has hard metal bristles and there is a elongated metal pring which can be used to tackle the deeper and more stubborn of moss or weeds.
Everything was easy to assemble and the sticknpart of the tool is comfortable to hold and grip.
What is recommended is give the bristles a good clean in a bucket of water and water jet to get rid of any dirt and moss, so as to keep the head clean and lasting longer.
I have been using this on my block paving driveway. It’s great for getting between the gaps. The brush end also has a metal prong to gouge out the most stubborn of weeds, and the metal brush is good for clearing the not so deep rooted weeds and moss.
It does require a bit of effort though, but less effort than bending over with an old knife going between the cracks.
The broom handle comes in pieces that you have to assemble – usually means that the handle is weak and bends, but no! it’s pretty sturdy. You then attach the brush to the handle. The manufacturers call the handle telescopic, but it’s not really. As the handle comes in 4 parts you can unscrew and remove a part of the handle to shorten it.
Good to see that it also has a hook on the end of the handle to hang it up with.
Perfect for keeping the gaps in my concrete slabbed driveway, weed free. The weed scraper is just the right size and substantial enough to drag out even the most stubborn weeds and the wire brush is great for a final rub down. Good quality long handle means my back doesn’t suffer too much either. Recommended if you have a slabbed or block paving patio or drive.
This weeding brush is remarkably easy to put together and really solid once assembled. It makes the tiring task of weeding the driveway so much easier as it allows you to do the weeding without having to get down on your knees. It’s also remarkably effective and great for purpose.
Good product overall, a little pricey but great to save you crawling around on your knees.
While the build quality of this weeding tool leaves something to be desired, it more or less does the job it’s designed for. I say more or less because while it copes with small, shallow-rooted weeds and moss, it’s not really much good for larger weeds, such as plantain, that grow between the paving slabs.
That said, I’m a fan of anything that makes my life easier, and this certainly helps!
I ordered this because we have a weed problem in the front and back patio areas, and it is driving us mad. We use weed killers, and they work well but the debris is still there. Plus, the grass is overgrown along the edges of the sidewalk in front of our gate. I wanted something I could use where I would be able to clean it up without needing to be on my knees or breaking my back.
This brush works great. The bristles are super stiff, and easily get into the narrowest cracks between the pavers in the garden area. It also has a sharp edge on one side which works great for edging the grass next to the sidewalk, or digging deep weeds out of the cracks.
This weeding brush is very easy to assemble and the head is perfectly angled, with super stiff wire bristles that are tapered to a nice sharp edge. It seriously gets deep into the cracks with minimal elbow grease. I am very happy with the design of this weeding brush, it is a must have for anyone who likes a tidy look to their garden walkways and patios.
This is very basic bit of kit. It’s a seires of metal poles that screw in for the handle (which is surprisingly sturdy and a very good length, if you want it to be), and a wooden block with a series of metal bristles in a V. Looks a little rough, the metal part that holds the wooden block looks pretty beat up, but performance wise it’s been very good. It hasn’t lost any bristles that I’ve noticed, and I’ve given it a good run – great for weeding, but quite versatile – having recently plastered I’ve used this to get plaster from the floorboards before I ply it. Works a charm. Grip from the black parts that secure the metal handle is good. Not much to it really, but works great. Price point seems in line with others on the market. Seems like replacing the wooden part with the bristles wouldn’t be hard to find.
I recently tried out the Weed Brush, and it’s been a game-changer for my garden maintenance. The design, featuring both wire bristles and a metal spike scraper, is incredibly effective at cleaning and weeding between pavers, patio stones, and edges. The brass wire bristles create a wedge shape that makes quick work of weeds, moss, and debris, while the metal spike is great for tackling deeper-rooted weeds and mud.
The telescopic handle is a standout feature, allowing me to clean without bending down or kneeling for long periods. This is a big plus for anyone who wants to avoid strain on their back and knees. The handle is also sturdy and doesn’t flex during use, which adds to the overall ease of handling.
Assembly was straightforward, with the handle pieces screwing together easily. I appreciate that it can be disassembled for convenient storage. However, I did need to adjust the brass holder on the brush head, as it wasn’t perfectly aligned out of the box. Once fixed, it worked like a charm.
One thing to note is that this is a manual tool, so it requires some effort to use, especially on larger or heavily overgrown areas. It’s not a power tool, but it does the job well for what it is. The quality of the materials seems decent, and the brush head held up well to some vigorous scrubbing.
Overall, theWeed Brush is a practical and effective tool for keeping your outdoor spaces clean. It’s versatile, easy to store, and sturdy enough to handle tough garden tasks. Despite the minor assembly issue, I’m quite happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others looking for a manual weeding solution.

Review of: Pimekoy 60″ Long Handled Weed Brush & Crevice Tool
Easy to assemble and height adjustable metal/plastic handle.
The spike has rounded edges and isn’t sharp, so it’s only useful if your crevices are wide enough for it to go between.
The metal bristles of the brush are stiff and effective. You need to be careful about the type of flooring you use it on as it does scratch. I use mine on brick edging and block paving but certainly wouldn’t use it on my slate tiles.
The brush works well on the small weeds, and slightly less so on larger ones as you’ll see in my video.
At the time of this review you can buy this patio cleaning tool for under 18
I already have a similar product to this,
My existing tool is just a wooden long handle with a metal brush and a triangle of metal gap scraper, simple and reasonably effective it’s cheap but crude
This metal pole comes with screw in sections and that part seems well engineered. You can adjust but to the right kength for you and the black handles provide good grip when pulling the brush or scraper towards you.
The final quality assurance is poor when you see the finish of the scraping tool in my video. Not the end of the world, I dismantled it and hit it with a hammer a few times and the metal went into place where is should have been when it was made
The tool not works well, not the cheapest but after my adjustments it’s much better
I ordered this because cleaning the green moss, weeds and debris from between the patio slabs and block paving is a slow and tiring job, now two of us can do it together. I’m having this one though, my partner can have the wooden pole one
If You are thinking about buying this tool. I would recommend it. If it arrives in the same condition as mine, you might have to make some minor adjustments with a couple of hammers blows, just dismantle it down to the shortest section , that makes it easy ( you don’t need to remove the screw and nut )
I hope the video and this review is helpful
So we’ve gone through quite a lot of these kinds of brushes as we have a large area of block paving that requires a regular scrape or jet wash. We kind of alternate between the two methods as neither is brilliant and both are a chore.
Usually we have wooden handle versions of these and they don’t last very long at all, with the bristles getting lost along the way being the main cause and replacement heads not really being easy to source and replace (as they are usually just glued on).
That’s a bonus with this brush as you get a metal handle with a larger diameter, which is a lot more ergonomic and comfortable to hold. The brush when fully assembled is also longer than usual which gives good accuracy for targeting between the blocks. Additionally this has screw-on heads, so I’m hoping I’ll be able to add replacements rather than just throwing the brush away after the head on this one has worn out.
As for the quality of the head…. I tried this out for half an hour and haven’t visibly Iost any bristles, which is a good result.
I would say that there aren’t a great number of bristles to start with, it is a little sparse, but if they are good quality and held in tightly then that’ll be fine. They worked well in my relatively brief test.
The head wasn’t attached very neatly – see my photo – but overall quality seems good so far.
It’s a shame the handle is a little heavier than the usual wooden handle as that will really be noticeable for a weeding session, but as mentioned it’s a lot more comfortable like this.
The handle assembles and disassembles easily should you need to keep this in compact form.
4 stars from me.
This weed brush is a good space saver. The handle pieces screw together easily, providing good hand positions for use. Storage is easier as it can all be dissembled. The wire head is a good shape and size to get between paviours and does the job. Quality control needed on the head assembly. Mine required unscrewing and the brass holder knocking into its proper position. Overall quite happy with this produc
Works very well at removing new and old moss off pathways. The soft metal brass is gentle to the surface. Comes in sections so you can reduce the length of the handle if so desired. It is good product that does the job, albeit quite expensive at its current 19.97 price point.
