The WhatsApp help number is fantastic for helping set it all up , if like me your not techy minded, they kept in Constant touch with me , and I soon had it all working with their help
This is actually the second time I’m purchasing this tracker, it now comes with USB C making it easier to charge. Once its setup it does a great job with its sensor alarm and movement. The app is very useful and gives me peace of mind knowing my car is safe.
I even caught a thief opening my car door late at night so its well worth the investment.
I made contact with customer sevice to support with set up of tracker. The agent Ada Sell was very prompt in responses and gave accurate advice to set up sim (used own). App now working fine thanks to her advice. Would recommend 100% as customer service is excellent!
Got for tracking my boat at mooring, its really good, the sim provided is plug and play if you can’t be bothered to buy one and also good value
The WhatsApp support is excellent
Fully recommended!
I was looking for a good anti-theft protection for a long time, and while browsing the offer, I chose a product from Winnse. I bought this tracker, it was sent to me very quickly, I had problems with setting the parameters, I quickly received help from the technical department of Winnes. Thank you very much for supporting the seller for cooperation, support and professional approach to the customer. If you want to buy this product GPS tracker and enjoy use and support throughout the warranty period, buy it from this seller. And what is very important, there is a SIM card inside that allows you to use the navigation for only 4.99. As we know, in the UK we can top up a SIM card with the operator for a minimum of 10, so the SIM card fee for a year for 48.99 with the WINNES operator is very useful. Thank you very much. Regards, Thomas
Greetings and thanks to the owner, dear ADA, a nice and professional business woman. I wish you success in further sales.
I am pleased with the tracker. It’s easy to use good battery life and with good support if you have technical difficulties. I will probably buy another one soon. Good valve.
I bought this to use a car tracker, for security, and also when it goes into the garage I can get alerts when they move the car or test drive it. You can even get notifications if the car gets bumped. The tracking ability of these devices is awesome, I’ve had the non 4g version for over 5 years and the 4g version is even better, it will direct you to the exact spot your car is parked. The battery lasts for months and months and it’s small enough to hide where you want and also has a really strong magnet. I also have smart tags but this is far more reliable and also gives an exact location. I like that this is also usb c charging, I would definitely recommend, great value for price!
After trying a cheapo GPS tracker I realised that my network provider doesn’t use 2G so it didn’t work. The amount on sale that are 2G only is vast so something to consider when looking for a tracker. Found this item which is 4G, popped the sim card in and within 30 seconds the blue and yellow led flashed showing it was working. Sent the sim card an sms code from my phone and got a reply straight away with a link to Google Maps. Clicked the link and I’d say it was accurate to within 2 metres!!! Brilliant. This unit is slightly larger than the 2G trackers but fine for me and it’s intended purpose. Not checked the magnet or checked it’s water tight as claimed as I’ll be using inside only.
Bought this for my mobility scooter. It requires an activated phone SIM to receive the GPS signal.but only uses your credit when the scooter is moving.other wise it seems to stay on standby I think without using credit or very little. I’m still testing it but up to now it’s been excellent. Battery seems to be quite good to. only used approx 30 percent in about 6 weeks. Should give out a battery warning at 20 percent.then it’s time to recharge.accurate GPS up to approx10-15 metres.very pleased with this product.
I now have two of these trackers, the first one was bought over a year ago and so my review is based upon my experience since receiving my initial tracker. This tracker is easy to use and gives you both the options of receiving alerts by text and/or App push notifications which is really convenient. It has a host of settings that you can adjust to suit your needs and preferences. Battery life I have found is typically a month on a full charge based upon a few alerts/tracking per day; it would likely last longer if the device is not triggered as often. Unlike some other devices sold by other sellers, you are not tied into buying a subscription from this seller. Instead you buy your own SIM card (with its own plan) that you can use, thereby giving you flexibility. Only downside is that it’s slightly bulky but that’s due to the big battery it houses. Also, thanks to Ada from the support team who has been fantastic in helping me with my queries.
I originally bought one of these 4 years ago as a tracker for my motorcycle. It provides a subscription free option for keeping track of your vehicle. The battery life is very good – lasts about a month or two depending on use. The unit itself is palm sized and fairly easy to hide within your vehicle, I wouldnt however rely on the magnet if you at attaching it underneath your vehicle, I use strong velcro to keep mine in place.
I bought a giffgaff sim for the tracker and stuck a tenner on it 4 years ago – I’ve yet to need to top it up. It provides reliable tracking and has other great features such as geofencing and vibration alarm. You can track it via the tkstar website or the very useful app which is free to download.
The setup procedure isnt particularly easy- but most of the trackers I have purchased have come with decent instructions. I ended up writing a blog post with a guide on how to set these up, to make things easier for my friends who had bought them. http://hardtailchop.com/tkstar-gps-tracker
4 years later I now own 5 of these trackers! 3 for motorcycles, one for the car and another model (which looks like a rear light) for my bicycle. The customer support is particularly good and they have been able to add all of my trackers to the same app so I can track them easily.
I’ve recommended this tracker to many of my biker friends as a more cost effective option to the subscription based models – and they are also very happy with the product.
Will definitely buy more of these if I require them.
