We had loads of fun with this tower game!
Its really easy to play and fun for all age groups.
The overall quality feels really good and seems liekbit will last.
Very happy indeed
This is a wooden kids version of one of my favourite games from childhood, Kerplunk. The pieces are all very tactile and a good size for small fingers. All the pieces are brightly coloured and well made, as is the tower itself. Placing the straws into the holes is a game in itself for the kids. As a nanny I’m always looking for new ideas for games and activities. This game has very quickly become a go to favourite with the kids I look after, as well as my grandkids.
We recently received this wooden game for our kids, and it’s been a hit! The game is beautifully designed with bright, colourful wooden sticks and dice, making it visually appealing and engaging for young children. It’s very easy to set up, which is a big plus for busy parents.
Our kids, aged 4 and 6, picked up the rules quickly and have enjoyed playing it together. It’s a great starter board game, perfect for children who are just learning to follow game rules. The game provides a nice balance of fun and learning, helping to develop their fine motor skills and strategic thinking.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the pieces can be a bit small, so you need to keep an eye on younger children to ensure they don’t put them in their mouths. Other than that, it’s a fantastic addition to our family game collection. Highly recommended for kids around 4-6 years old!
A lovely wooden game for children to enjoy. Complete wooden; frame, rods, die and dolls. Easy to set up by placing the rods through any hole in the frame and pop the dolls in on top. Aim is top pull out the rods out the frame and try not to me the person who let the doll fall through. It looks and feels of good quality, well made, no rough edges or areas anywhere. It’s a great way for children to enjoy play aswell as developing problem solving skills, hand eye coordination and fine motor skills. A game you can happily play over and over again. Built to withstand hands on play.
It is a wooden Eiffel tower dropping game. Kid loved play this game. It is good family quality time. All you need to do put some colourful sticks in the each holes. There is few empty holes with no sticks. Then put colour statues on the top of the wooden eiffel tower. When roll the dice, the colour of dice will show which colour sticks u need to pull out so have to be careful to do not drop the statue otherwise you lose. It is fun game and easy to play. Value for money. Good quality.
I got the Eiffel Tower Family Game, which is essentially a kiddies version of Kerplunk! It’s a fun game that can accommodate 2 to 4 players, so the whole family can join in. Happy Days! The game is compact and portable, making it perfect for travel or a quick game anywhere like during a picnic, which is exactly what we did the other week. It’s also a great way to get kids off their screens.
The premise is simple – insert different coloured wooden sticks into the tower, place the coloured pawns on top, and take turns rolling the dice to remove sticks of the appropriate colour while trying to prevent the pawns from dropping. The player with the fewest fallen pawns is the winner.
This game is great for kids of all ages, and adults can join in for some family bonding. My kids love it, and the adults have fun and laughter along the way.
This is a really sweet and educational wooden sticks game, a bit like kerplunk and a cross with pick up sticks! The idea is to set u the sticks in the wooden tower and balance the wooden peg people on the top and as you remove sticks determined by the roll of the dice, you need to try not to disturb your colour person!
A really fun, simple and a lovely game for a rainy day to get the children off their screens, I love wooden toys, they remind me of the games I had as a child and I like ym children to have the same values so this is a lovely toy.
Nice and easy to play and no batteries required! Recommended!
Pros:-
-Really good quality product
-very reasonably priced for what you get
-Remember the game kerplunk? This is a similar idea but much better quality and made from wood
-Comes with lots of different colour sticks, a dice to roll to choose the colour stick, and little people to put on the top and watch them fall when you pull the sticks out
-You can play the game the instructions say to or there’s lots of other games you can play…. Also it is very easy with this set up for your child to make up their own game
-Would highly recommend
-I love playing this with my little 2 year old girl
Cons:-
-I can’t see any cons at this time
I hope you find this review helpful
A great toy that the whole family can enjoy. This is great for my toddler. It’s perfect for colour recognition and hand eye coordination. This is very similar to Kerplunk that I used to play as a child. The rules are the same. But instead of marbles, the aim is to avoid collecting the wooden figures that drop down when you remove the sticks. My daughter loves this game, sometimes she’ll play it on her own just to keep her occupied.
Wooden Board Game (B0CYBK6R6Y)
A Montessori toy and the quality shows.
I do like Montessori Toys, they have a good vision of what children of a young age find fascinating and educational.
This sticks game is suitable for all ages; very young children will like tne noise made by the balls dropping through the game and grasping at the sticks.
Older children will be able to understand the simple rules of rolling the dice and then removing the stick of the colour shown on the dice without disturbing the balls.
The build of the toy is very good, every piece is finished to a high standard and the vibrant colours make it so attractive. The tower could have done with a little more attention to detail.
This toy covers so many skills of selecting colours, careful manipulation of the coloured sticks, understanding how the toy works and working out the best moves to ensure they don’t lose the game.
I am very pleased to own this toy and it is good value for money for the quality of the game and, at present, there is a 2 money off voucher available.
This is a great game to get some family time in.
The main wooden tower is strong and sturdy and the wooden pieces are strong and colourful.
The wooden people are a good size, not a choking hazard and the dice is large too.
In the instructions, it has 3 alternate game ideas and it very easy to comprehend.
All the pieces fit nicely in a bag, which fits inside the tower, so it’s easy to store.
It’s a fun game and simple to follow, so it’s good for a wide range of ages.
The price to me is reasonable.
It’s such a fun game to play with all family. It is very interactive and easy to play.
Easy rules for playing, my 3 year old one, she loves it so much, I mean, we all love it, but she is able to play it properly, it’s a game appropriate for her age.
The sticks are lightweight and sturdy and smooth on touch
The tower, on the other hand , is not so smooth on the touch on the inside. Some areas around the wholes are getting damaged.
My 5 year old really enjoyed playing this version of Kerplunk. It was so much easier to set up and a lot more stable than the original game.
To set up you have to put the wooden sticks through the holes in the wooden tower. You then add the 4 wooden dolls to the top. Players then take it in turns to roll the wooden dice and remove the corresponding coloured stick. The winner is the person to have the least wooden dolls at the end.
This is such a well made game. I would definitely recommend it. It would make a fantastic gift for a child aged 3+
I much prefer to see children playing and learning with wooden toys rather than the plethora of cheap plastic alternatives that just don’t seem to have the charm or durabilty offered with wooden toys.
Based on kerplunk the toy uses wooden pawns taher than marbles making it much safer for younger children to enjoy. The handy storage bag keeps all the pieces safely together. all the pices are smoth so no rough edges or splinters. Overall a great gift that provides fun and eductional benefits.
I am reviewing an Eiffel Tower wooden game. Priced 19.99 at time of ordering.
It takes a bit of patience if you want to put all the sticks though a hole as you have to be carefully arrange them in order to fit them all in. As the booklet explains, unlike some similar games, the sticks only go through one hole, not the one opposite as well. It is easy to lay three of the four dolls on the web that is created, but due to lack of space the final one has to go on top — this makes playing game rule 3 with four players difficult as whoever’s doll is on top has a much higher chance of winning. I recommending rolling the die after a player has chosen a doll to choose the order to lay them down.
The sticks, dolls and die feel well-made and are carefully painted. The tower did have a few rough edges though and a mysterious white mark so I decided to sand it lightly. I have docked one star due to this.
A modern form of the old Ker-plunk game. This one is for children around 3 and above has a wooden tower with holes in the slats. This is filled with wood straws that don’t go all the way through but stop a couple of millimetres from the other side.
The wooden men are placed on top.
There is a coloured dice, which corresponds to the colours of the straws, and is used for selecting which straw remove.
Each player takes a turn till all the straws are removed. The one who has the fewer men at the end wins the game.
It can get to be a tense but fun game to play. We play it with our three year old grandson, who hasn’t got the hang of the dice yet so he just pulls out any straw he likes.
It’s the sort of game you can make up your own rules or stretch the real ones.
It’s a really well made toy and, for the price is well worth it.
Love the idea of a wooden ( not plastic) version of Ker Plunk designed for younger children. However, the wooden sticks lack some flexibility to fit into the tower and perhaps a little time-consuming to set up. However my 5 year old grandson loves it and plays with it for hours on end.
