These bands are not bulky like my other ones but works as intended. I can take it with me without taking up a lot of space and doesn’t weigh a ton.
These are great for travelling. I could not attest to its durability but as long as you do not hold them with anything that could harm rubber in your hands, they will be okay for regular use.

Fantastic product. The bands have different strengths and they can be folded back together and kept secure with velcro fastening. They are effective and the different colours make it exceptionally easy to tell which band you want to use based on which area you are training and how much resistance you require.

I’ve thrown these bands over my power tower top bar, for pull ups. They stretch easily and also have a good level of friction on skin, so you can step into the band at the bottom and stay firmly on it as you use it.

The bands feel strong, they have a lot of elasticity and they don’t warp or lose their original shape.

The box did say to keep them out of the sunlight due to UV damage, which can weaken them, I haven’t taken any particular measures, as it would be inconvenient to repetitively put them away and wrap them back around the bars again, but time will tell, so far, so good.

Each band has a different resistance level, and I find that all provide a sufficient level of resistance and when usedin combination, you have every level you require.

I ordered the purple resistance band, which is thicker, longer and sturdier than any of my current bands, it’s also a loop, so provides a wider array of exercises that it can be used for in a home environment.

One thing to note before I carry on is that they are made from latex but the composition is listed as silicone. The different is really rather important for anyone who has a serious latex allergy (someone in my family does). So it would be good if the composition is corrected on the product page.

Then and itself is strong and flexible, and I feel very confident when using it, even taking my body weight confidently. I’m happy with the price and the quality of the product, just loses a star due to confusion over its composition. Four stars.

This pack of three resistance bands has a few things going for it. The material is latex and they feel strong and stretchy, though with that slightly greasy feel that one often gets with latex — not a big deal though they can slip through your fingers when you are trying to grip them. Each loop comes in a separate packet and this has 9 different exercises printed on it, though rather small and hard to see. The loops are all supposedly 208cm in length (diameter) though they measured a little more than that, more like 114cm for the black one, for example.

The three bands are all different widths, and the red one is specified at 15-35 lbs, black at 25-65 lbs, and purple at 35-85 lbs. This is not stated on the band or on the packaging though; I had to read the description here to discover. One can figure out though that the narrower the band, the less resistance it has.

Having a chunky band like these is a good thing for some kinds of exercise, less so for others, but it pays to have several types of resistance band available. Personally I will use these bands a lot, but am also glad to have some thinner types as well as the open ended variety so I can select the best one for each exercise.

These are just the same as the resistive bands I’m using at the gym for arm and leg exercises. A great set of three bands I can now use at home, each offering different tensions/resistance to meet all the exercises I currently do, plus room for growth as strength improves. A little bag to keep them in would’ve been nice, but sadly wasn’t included. Still, a great training aid/exercise that’s simple, effective, and doesn’t take a whole bedroom at home to store it in!

Many resistance bands have a handle on each end, but this is much more simple, just being a loop. It’s a nice thick material, just over 3cm wide and about 0.4cm thick. I’ve used numerous resistance bands that have suddenly snapped, but this one seems durable enough to last for a reasonable length of time hopefully. The level of resistance is fairly high, which suits me as opposed to bands with much less resistance. You can use resistance bands like this in many different ways, if you’re unsure there are many websites that’ll help you out. This is certainly a pretty good resistance band that compares well to most of the others I’ve used before.

5.0 out of 5 stars Admirable band

    These bands are quite long.
Despite the description pictures, you can’t use them around the thighs unless you double up which obviously changes the tension.
They are however good for attaching to something for arm or leg exercises.
I do need to do leg pulls due to bad knees and with the different resistances I’m hoping to build up to the strongest one.
They roll up and each has its own velcro securing strap.
Would have been nice if there was a storage bag.

These are a great set of resistance bands, and are of a decent length allowing you to do a wide variety of exercises that are just not possible with the shorter variety – horses for courses here.
The colour coding helps to quickly identify which ‘strength’ you want once you get used to the colours.
They are quite strong, and will certainly provide a good workout. If you want an easier set, get the thin ones.

It would have been nice had there been a small bag included to keep the bands together. This is a shame, as it is the only thing that lets this product down.
