After receiving the wrong colour, customer service could not have been more helpful to make sure we received the right one. Very pleased with the product and my daughter loves it. The material also means it can go outdoors (we keep on grass).
Had it for two weeks now and not a single fault with the item. We are inflating and deflating it daily and everything works fine.
Only downside is that different colour was delivered but customer service stepped in to resolve the issue.
Grandchildren love it tough but soft ages 7 and 10. I bought the 10ft one for them both attend gymnastic sessions say it’s better than the ones they have at their classes
The air track itself so far has been excellent- daughter loves it and it seems good quality. however the pump did overheat on only the second use and so it was likely faulty which I was initially a bit concerned about. However the sellers communication was quick and good and when I replacement pump was out of stock I was sent a partial refund to buy a new one. I can’t fault the customer service atall.
