Seems like a decent charger. Came with a usb c to usb c cable . So could not use on my charger. Needed usb c to usb a. Anker informed and sending replacement . Foc. Just have to return original cable. Fully charged in 2.5hrs. Anker customer service good as usual . And fully charged phone in 1.5 hrs! So much better than other make of chargers on the market.
A great idea, appears to have enough capacity to recharge a phone more than once. It is light and small so easy to transport in your pocket. My experience with it was so good whole family now have one.
Bought this for my daughter she loves it I have one myself and got one for my daughter wife brilliant for a quick charge from 20% to 80% in 30-45 minutes very compact and charges relatively quickly. Anker are a quality brand.
This is my third Anker product and I’m really impressed! 5000mAh battery capacity which is enough to keep your device charged on the go, and MUCH smaller than others power banks which is a great bonus.
The fact you don’t need a cable to charge your device is amazing, you can charge in your pocket/ whilst using it without needing to worry about a cable or the weight of a normal chunky powerbank. Charges up form depletion relatively quickly too.
Purchased last year for 29.99 but after a year stop charging my phone completely though the power bank is fully charged. Could be the built-in lighting connector becomes defective .
Nice design , small and cable-free and it’s Anker (trusted name) . Contacted the customer support team and after explaining the issue and providing evidence (photo , proof of purchase ) they sent a replacement.
I have few Anker that are working perfectly for years and this issue does not turn me off .
There’s 18 month warranty, and the customer support team is fantastic.
This is a great little on-the-go power bank with a built-in lighting port for your i-devices and a USB-C port to charge the battery pack. I had to get a replacement power bank from Anker as mine stopped charging my phone. It was easy to deal with Anker support for a replacement.
I really like this compared to a brick and wire. It’s super fast and seems sturdy. I love that it came in pink! Only thing to note is that the lights that tell you how much charge it has left are a very light white color, hardy distinct from what it looks like when the lights aren’t on. This makes it difficult to tell which level of charge it’s at. I would prefer if they were blue and easier to see like my other portable chargers I have.
When this charger is working, it’s actually quite good: it charges up quite quickly when re-charging and charging your phone. However, whilst it did all of this for a solid 5 months straight, it then just died on me – out of the blue! This is where the great after care came in to its own and Anker took care of it immediately! I mean I sent an email and this was responded to within approximately 12 hours. Long and short is that within 3 – 5 days I had a new charger without any hassle at all! TBH, the 4 stars is for the great customer care service. If Anker sorts out this issue of the battery dying within such a short space of time, I think they’ll have a great product and I would happily give them a 5 star.
