I’m so glad I purchased this headset! I bought this headset to use on a desktop computer for conference calls. The earpads are so soft and comfortable on my ears even on long work calls. The length of the cord is good and the volume controls are placed very well. The microphone quality is excellent. So far I love it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality Headse

Good item, very light, hardly notice it’s on your head, sound is good, clear and mic seems to be clear no one has said they are unable to hear me clearly. Happy.

This is a basic model headset at a really affordable price. It’s a fully adjustable and very comfortable. The mic and headphones work great with both my desktop and my laptop. For the price, I am quite satisfied with this purchase.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Call Clarity & Comfo

If you are looking for a headset that is comfortable then look no further. This headset is brilliant with the added feature of being able to mute yourself and adjust the volume with the inline control. The wire is nice and long enabling you more freedom to move whilst on calls. The sound quality is superb, you can be heard clearly and hear others talking crisp and clear. The mic is adjustable allowing you to be able to have the headset either on your left ear or right. The sponge on the headset is soft and comfortable. I wear mine for 8 hours plus on a shift and forget its on there.

So far so good! This USB headset fits the bill, and more convenient than Bluetooth (which I have to recharge, which isn’t always convenient) or a Jack Plug/Socket (which can lock out the main speaker). Lightweight and doesn’t irritate my head unlike both-ear headphones, which also block out outside noises that I may need to hear. Recommended!

Microphone didn’t work first time but support was quick and helpful and it was resolved. Issue was with my laptop and not with the microphone. Has worked well in video meetings.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHaving used a set of similar headphones in a call centre I thought these would be ideal for working on the phones from home. They are adjustable, have a long lead, look smart and can be worn on the right or left ear. I plugged them into my laptop and within a few seconds they were working. Have experienced no problems with them and would highly recommend them. Great value for money too!!!

I am using this headset mainly for work use with Teams, Zoom, Skype etc. I have had no issues at all with connectivity, call clarity etc. Generally the headset is comfortable even after prolonged usage, but does take a little while to find the most comfortable position. I use a little bit of tape to “lock” the adjustable headband in position once I am happy.

If I have a criticism, it is that there is “noise” if the wire rubs against clothing.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWith Covid homeworking these have been brilliant. I now have one pair at home and the other at work for the two days I spend there, these sit comfortably on your head, only one ear is covered so you are aware of your surroundings. Excellent sound quality and a long power lead with collar clip.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersVideo calls with echoing feedback get a bit tiring and a headset is a good solution, particularly if you’re in a noisy environment. I’ve tried a few and mostly been disappointed by the quality of the audio. I hadn’t seen this Arama model before so I decided to give it a try. I’ve held-off reviewing it until I’d used it a bit and I’m pleased to report that it’s pretty good.

Although it’s very light, it feels well made with good quality plastics. I initially thought the headband was going to be a bit tight but you just need to extend it a little to find a comfortable and secure fit. It also stays put so you don’t need to keep fiddling with it. The boom drops the mic into a good position and it rotates over the top of the earpiece so you can wear the headset on the left or righthand side.

I’ve yet to find a low/mid priced headset with a microphone approaching anything near hi-fidelity but this one is fine for video calls in terms of clarity and low noise. Much better than others I’ve tried with so-called ‘noise cancelling’ circuitry. The earpiece quality is pretty good listening to videos or podcasts and, with it being so light, you can wear it for long stints without it getting hot or uncomfortable.

It’s a usb device so plug & play without any need for additional drivers. I’ve used it with a Win10 desktop, a laptop and a chromebook without any issues. The lead has a small volume control and mute button built-in and is a generous 2-3m length so no problem reaching a usb port even if your pc is under your desk.

Overall, very happy and think it’s decent value.

A bit pricey, but he headset is just what I was looking for.

Update – the control buttons don’t seem to work or at least they don’t light up to show when you’re on mute. This would be handy to save finding the mute button on the screen – I am now used to people telling me I’m still in mute!
