Bought to replace some 200 Jabra ones, where the mic had stopped working. Whilst sound is not as good as the Jabra, they do work correctly, PC recognised straight way and teams calls have been fine, I can hear them and they can hear me. I think they are very good for money paid. 4/5.
Good buy for the money, but the cord is not as long as my old one so I’m trying to find a way to work around this. It does work well though.
Value for the money. Paired it with Yealink T33G desktop phone. Earpiece audio is perfect, microphone is OK. I listened to myself on a recorded line and it was OK, not fantastic, but for the money can’t complain, except for one thing. I have short hair, and the adjustable metal portion above the earpiece keeps pinching my hair, it gets annoying. I may just put something over the crease where the metal meets the plastic part. A heatshrink sleeve should do it. Otherwise, for the price, worked out just fine.
I purchased this because on speaker phone, clients could hear an echo since my desk is in the corner of the room. This was easy to set up-plugged directly into the back of my phone. I hit the headset light to use it-that’s it! The mouthpiece and earpiece rotate and move to fit. I’ve had multiple people tell me the sound is crystal clear. I wanted something easy to use that I didn’t have to connect, or charge, that sounded great. Great price.
It’s not the most comfortable, its very hard but I like how the mouthpiece is adjustable. I sometimes get a faint strange feedback when dialing out but otherwise it works well.
These headsets are great, clear audio on both sides, sending and receiving. They are not uncomfortable, but not insanely comfortable. They are just fine, very cheap, and perfectly functional with our Yealink T46 phones. Thanks!
I started a new job that requires a lot of time on the phone and computer at the same time. I was going home with severe neck and shoulder pain from holding the receiver with my head tilted on my shoulder. These hands free headsets have saved the day! Great quality and great price.
I like these headset because they do have noise cancellation so I can have music on while talking. I also like the fact that I can use both hands while taking care of my client. The headset is comfortable and I can wear it for my 8 hour shift. My chiropractor said this also helps your alignment because you are not bending your neck to hold the phone on your shoulder while trying to type. Great value for the money.
I needed a headset for my work phone due to developing neck & shoulder pain from constantly balancing my phone on my shoulder. This headset is specifically compatible to my phone Yealink T29G & super easy to use. Just plug into the headset plug on the back of the phone, hit the headset button on the phone function keys and was up & working. The headset is comfortable, very clear and I haven’t had any complaints from people on the other end of the phone that they can’t hear me. I definitely recommend this product.
I purchased another brand on Amazon that said it would work. I couldn’t get anything out of those even after trying some adapters.
These on the other hand work great out of the box and include these additional accessories:
-spare ear cover
-spare mic cover
-whole bag of adapters!!! (you may need these depending how your headset is pinned out, but I did not).

Easy to install on the phone and sound quality is very good. My only reason for knocking off one star is the headset seems a little tight for my head, Probably fits a woman or smaller person much better.
I have bought a couple of these now and love them. I use one and one of my employees asked me to get her one to replace her two earpiece headset. Exactly what I need and she is happy now also. Great value for the price. No in-line volume but I have volume control on the phone.
Order was shipped out in timely manner and arrived when it was supposed to. I bought this headset as a backup to my wireless headset that I payed a lot of money for. I use this one all the time now. Such better sound quality and very comfortable to wear. Cord is long too so no issues if I stand up or move around a bit. Thanks so much! If for any reason I ever need a new one I will definity be back.
works great. love the adjustability of the microphone, and the head rest adjusts to the size of your head. mic does not pic up any excessive background noise like other buyers have complained about. it’s not a dynamic microphone for recording music for goodness sake so if someone is yelling in the same room you might hear it haha
When you’re buying a no name brand, you always wonder what it’s gonna be like. These are fine, I bought about 6 for our office. Sound quality is fine, and I like the cord because it’s springy so you can stretch it if needed, but that part sits on the table and the rest is just the right length of straight cord that goes to your ear. I’m not sure I’m explaining it right, but if you get it you’ll appreciate it. I would buy this brand again.
