    Interactive and Educational
This toy isn’t just entertaining—it’s a fantastic educational tool. The vibrant colors and engaging features have really helped ignite my child’s sensory exploration and cognitive abilities. The lion’s face responds to gentle taps with rhythmic drum sounds, which my baby loves. It’s a great way to keep their attention and encourage interaction. The fact that there are no sharp corners gives me peace of mind, even if my little one decides to put it in their mouth.

    Fun and Engaging Sensory Toy
The lion is super smart and agile, effortlessly maneuvering around obstacles, which makes it fun for my baby to chase. The various buttons on the toy offer different surprises, keeping my little one entertained for hours. The melodies are delightful, and I must say, even I enjoy them!

    Supports Early Development
This toy has done wonders for my baby’s development. The sensory features, such as the drumming patterns and melodies, have sparked curiosity and helped develop fine motor skills. The vivid colors and cheerful sounds also contribute to balance and gross motor development. I appreciate that there’s a volume control on the bottom, which helps protect my baby’s hearing.

A Wonderful Gift for Any Baby
The recording function is a cute feature that allows us to capture and playback my baby’s adorable babble. It’s a toy that offers endless entertainment and learning, suitable for a wide age range, from 6-12 months up to 3 years. Whether playing alone or with friends, it provides educational value at every stage.

    Durable and Safe
Made from high-quality materials, this musical toy is both durable and safe, meeting international toy safety standards. It’s perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a birthday, holiday, or just because. The only thing to note is that it requires 3 AA batteries, which aren’t included.

Nice little musical toy, it’s presently selling at the good value price of 14.99. It’s fun and offers a variety of drumming sounds and sound playback, and it plays music and dances, too. It requires 3 AA batteries to operate. It’s colourful and interactive, and it’s a lot of fun for babies and toddlers. It’s a sensory toy, so it’s also good for little ones in need of sensory stimulation and need to learn motor skills, too.

This musical lion was a bit bigger than I expected – but a good size for around a year old (18cm tall x 20cm wide approx – photo with can of beans to show size). The colours are bright and the plastic it is made from seems pretty robust.
It takes 3 AA batteries and you need a small screwdriver to fit them.
When the left ear is squeezed he plays a tune and scoots around in a funny little dance. The right ear is a little more mystifying – it makes him talk. But if baby explores further, Lion’s face is a drum and makes a realistic boinging drum sound when it is hit. There is a button on the tummy but we weren’t able to get it to do anything – clearly highter level exploration. But a really good learning toy for a curious baby – it gives them a lot of feedback and definitely encourages them to explore further and see what they can make it do. I think it is pretty good value for the price – and at time of review it has 50% off – so even better!

5.0 out of 5 stars Really good learning toy

This little lion cub from Baby Musical Toys has been a delightful surprise for my teething tot. It’s more than just a cute stuffed animal; it’s a full-fledged activity center that keeps my baby entertained and engaged.

The interactive features are the real star of the show. Pressing the button sends the lion scooting across the floor with silly sounds and flashing lights, which always gets a giggle out of my little one. There’s also a drum on the lion’s back that plays different melodies when baby taps it, encouraging them to explore cause-and-effect. The whole thing is soft and cuddly, perfect for snuggles when playtime is over.

Overall, this musical lion cub is a winner. It’s visually stimulating, helps develop auditory recognition, and encourages movement. If you’re looking for a fun and interactive toy that will keep your baby happy, this is a great option!

Great little toy for kids, it encourages them to interact with it. It has a record button in the middle, a drum button and one for playing songs. Works with 3 AA batteries that are not included. It has a series of songs, from upbeat to calmer songs. It’s rotating from one side to another encouraging your baby to follow it. Really pleased with it and the price it’s affordable

I have a 7 month old who loves playing in a play pen and is learning how to sit up for longer periods of time. This really helps her to stay sat up and she loves seeing it move around (it goes back and forward so no need to keep chasing it round). She loves hitting it to make the drum noise. The accent is a bit odd but obviously the baby doesn’t mind.

A lion toy that requires 3AA batteries not supplied. On the bottom of the toy is 2 separate switches, 1 is high or low volume, the other is wheels moving or still and off. When it’s on the lion has a ball on its tummy, and 1 button on each ear. You push each button to do different things, for example, hit the drum button when wheels are off and then the ball button, the lion tells you to follow the beat and you tap the lions head to get a drum beat and it’s eyes light up with the sound and hit. With the wheels on it gets the child to boogie with it. All in all… For what it is… This isn’t bad and would entertain children… Is there similar toys out there that do the same and light up more and give more activities… Yes… Would I buy this and be happy to give it as a gift… Yes… It might not compare to some of the super advanced brand names toys… But it’ll definitely get used by toddlers and keep them amused… Worth the buy in my opinion especially if you’re on a tight ISH budge

This Lion crawling toy is well made, rounded edges, sturdy and easy to wipe clean. The colours are bright and vibrant and the lion has an appealing face. When selected, it moves around, taps its feet and has a good time to itself. The music is generic based on the beats of a drum. You need 3 x AA batteries as these are not supplied. Don’t like the non English accent, reasonably clear sounding. Priced at 17.99 at the time of this review

What a fantastic toy. The lion has wheels so can move about, the left ear controls songs and music as well as bedtime stories. The right ear changes the drum, slap the Lions to play the music, lights and sounds or record your composition (aka bashing). Press the belly to change the Lions voice. Underneath is the on/off switch and a button to set the volume and another to turn the wheels off if you don’t like him wandering around. For the money this is fantastic
