This was on offer for 149. It’s a good speaker and a definite improvement for our 1 year old LG tv. The instruction booklet has basic info to get started but the other instructions need to be downloaded from the website. What I like is the ease of set up,it comes with an optical cable and wall mounting bracket. But what I didn’t like is the reliance of the lights on the unit to show you the bass levels. Also is the lack of flexibility in being able to adjust settings. This unit overrides the tv setting so you can’t adjust treble or bass or anything else. So in effect the only thing you can have is bass mode or dialogue enhancer. You can adjust the bass and not anything else. The bass for me is too powerful even when off but others may like that. For me I only need this to enhance sound while watching tv and catching those quiet dialogues. It’s also not currently not connectable to the Bose app – but I didn’t buy it for this. For a tv speaker it does it job but to me it’s not outstanding- the lack of being able to adjust settings is disappointing.
