Bought this to add wireless CarPlay to the aftermarket Alpine iLX-D903D (Halo 9) in our VW T6. Plugged it in, followed the instructions and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do – great job! This helped solve the issue we were having where our iPhones were tripping out the Alpine when charging too.
If you’re hesitating, don’t. This does exactly what it needs to for the Halo 9 / iPhone 13 Pro combination we have.
Bought the CarPlay wireless adaptor for my car as I was fed up of having to remember to plug my phone in. The adapter is plugged in permanently in my car and now I get in start up and it connects straight away. I can switch back to my car system when I want. Just fab and would highly recommend.
I bought this as I always use car play but always forget to attach the cable. I am really impressed with this device., setup was easy and it connects every time I enter the car. It is easy to switch between other car functions and back to car play. If you are looking for a wireless IOS car play dongle, then you wont go wrong with this.

Well wow is all I can say about this product. It does exactly what it says on the box, it converts your Apple Carplay wired to wireless. This is what the manufacturers are doing to the better class of cars, they have eventually caught up. The Mavlou-UK product is excellent. No hassle connection to carplay very little lag almost instant connection times.
Follow the instructions to the letter. At first time boot up the blue tooth did not connect. I removed it from the screen rebooted it, the unit identified immediately.
At start up the logo appears on your screen, it auto connects to the last wireless connection, so that speeds up the connection times to seconds. Carplay auto starts then and you are good to go.
So far I have used this on several occasions, each time Carplay connects effortless with my Apple iphone 11. Instructions are simple and if you follow them, you will have no difficulty in connecting up the Wireless Carplay Adaptor. I can thoroughly recommend this product and I have pointed friends and family towards it. Buy one for yourself.
This small unit looks and feels well made. It is solid and has a really good finish. It was easy to set up. You have to remove any existing Bluetooth link between your phone and the car then pair your car with this unit. Once that is done the Apple Car Play link is established within a few seconds each time you start the car. The double sided tape provided with the unit seemed quite flimsy, so I fixed the unit under the centre console with a stronger double-sided pad. It is now well tucked away and only the USB connection remains visible. It has been working perfectly for a week now. I highly recommend this unit.
I have a Ford Focus 2019 with wired Car Play.
So, I disconnect my phone from the car’s Bluetooth, plugged the device in, paired it with my car and allowed Car Play and hey presto, I have wireless Car Play. Everything works just as it should! Very pleased with this. It works so much better than other brands I’ve tried and returned.
