Command Outdoor Large Brushed Nickel, Metal Command Hook
Command Outdoor Large Brushed Nickel, Metal Command Hook with Strips – For Hanging Outdoor Wreaths, Signs and Other Heavy Items Securely and Damage Free
The box arrived dented but all the clips were undamaged. If you follow the instructions and stick them to a clean and dry surface, hold them for 30 seconds and then leave them for an hour, they stick nicely. They remove without damaging the paint underneath.
Used this on the outside of my front door to hang a wreath. I stuck this to the glass panel of the door, cleaned the area to be used with nail polish remover. Easy installation, easy instructions to follow. This was fitted in December 23 and is still in position firmly fixed in April 24. Would definitely recommend
It came with two strips to glue it up. The first one fell off within a couple of hours of fitting. But the second one actually worked and it’s been up now for a month with no issues.
Unfortunately these are not for the heavy duty hook we bought for the front door to hang wreath on..I bought these replacements as hook came off in gales..does anyone know if replacement is available for this hook
I bought this to fix a Christmas wreath to our front door. Due to the design of our door, the hook had to be stuck over a lead strip on the glass panel. I was apprehensive that it would stick,as it was not being affixed to a flush piece of glass due to the lead strip being raised slightly on the glass. However, it has stayed stuck and has had no issues holding the weight of the wreath. I haven’t tried to remove it yet but I’m assuming it will come off easy enough.
I use these to attach the tendrils and branches of my pothos plant. Easy to attach and the design means the plant isn’t squashed. You can only use the sticky part once though so you need to make sure you apply it where needed. Appears to come off of different surfaces well and with ease
Was skeptical using a command strip on our front door as I wasn’t sure it would hold up against wind and rain. Of course it was easy to install as it was a command strip product and you can’t fault them at all.
The hook has been up for 2 weeks now and shows no sign of falling down or weakness.
I can’t speak on how easy it is to remove as I haven’t tried to remove it yet, but like all command products, it comes with a pull-tab to remove the adhesive strip.
I put this hook up and stuck a wreath on it straight away. It then fell off within half an hour. I was mad as hell! I re attached the sticker and left it for a couple of hours to grip, then added my hook and wreath it has been fine ever since. It’s been up 3 weeks strong so far and appears stuck fast now. The hook itself is made of metal and fits in with the rest of the door furniture. Really pleased with it so far!
