For Vehicles with factory wired Android Auto or wired Carplay

Mobile phone model:Android 11 or Above & IOS 10 or Above

Q:My car only support wired CarPlay, but I’m using an Android phone. Is it possible to use Android Auto and compatible?

A:Unfortunately, no. To use Android Auto, your car needs to have support for wired Android Auto. It cannot convert a wired CarPlay connection to a wireless Android Auto connection, or vice versa.

Q:Does this wireless car adapter work with multiple mobile phones?

A:Yes, but only one phone can be connected at a time. When pairing it with a new phone, please cancel the current connection first. By default, it will only auto-connect back to the last used phone.

Q:How to avoid unstable connection?

Make sure that your phone’s Bluetooth and WiFi are not connected to other devices, as well as do not ignore the devices that are automatically connected to your phone, which need to be forgotten to avoid the automatic connection of the phone.

I’ve been using this device for about a month now, and after some initial challenges, it works perfectly. I first installed it in my Nissan Leaf, placing it in the small compartment beneath the factory head unit using the provided sticky pad. The setup was truly plug-and-play, allowing for easy connection to my phone and hotspot. However, I noticed it started overheating and cutting out. After relocating it to a more open space to improve airflow, I haven’t encountered any further issues.
