I bought this machine to help me improve my general fitness as I am not always able to get outside for a walk. This has so far been perfect. The speed setting available is not crazy, good for gentle walks up to gentle jogs. It plugs straight in and had a simple startup guide. Nice and slim so it stows under my sofa when not in use. Is quite heavy but has wheels at the front to help move it around. Noise level is also not too loud. Come with an app which offers walking and jogging ideas – links to the walking pad by Bluetooth and you can cast it to your TV so you can take a “real” walk in a city or park. I have been using this for almost two months. The walking pad is quite compact and takes minimum space as I have installed it in the TV lounge. The installation and setup was quite easy and did not take longer than 15 minutes to take off all packaging and set this up. The remote is easy to use and always starts with the lowest speed first and then allows to adjust higher speed.
Customer Service contacted me and has diligently worked with me to solve this problem. They have handled this the way companies used to do, making sure the customer is satisfied. I’m very impressed with their Customer Service. DeerRun is sending me another machine and I’ll update review again when I have used the new machine.

Walked 8,000-10,000 steps a day for 38 days. Yesterday it started making a clicking noise and a weird smell…almost an overheat smell. I haven’t used it since. Very, very disappointed.
The company has now promised to replace it.
After much vague communications and promises to replace it, they gave me a tracking number but won’t tell me the carrier. After an email and a reply, they have made an excuse and promised once more. One more chance.
The guy I was dealing with was let go from the company, the new representative was more than kind and cooperative and contacted me immediately and fixed the problem. I have every confidence in this company now.
I weight around 20 stone 5 – 285 pounds. This states it can hold upto 300.
Walkpad has been great! I’ve used it around 3 times since receiving it last week and each time it’s felt stable when walking on it. Each time has been 30-40 mins so feel abit more comfortable on it now. I DONT JOG JUST WALK ON THE WALK PAD. If your looking to jog I haven’t tested that
Not too heavy to manoeuvre if keeping on one floor.
The belt was a little loose on first use and slipped abit but this also could be my weight. I’ve since tightened it and had no trouble!
