The powder definitely deters ants and it works well when you either spray it on the ants or use it to block entrances. After it has rained the powder loses it’s superpower as the powder becomes firm so the ants can walk right over it. Great that it doesn’t expire and it’s a natural product – no chemicals. Once we have used our current supplies, we will be purchasing more.
I had a brown ant infestation in my boiler cupboard. No idea why they would want to set up home in there as nowhere near any food source. Tried bait stations but the ants just filled the holes in them with sand particles so were ineffective as they didn’t take the bait back to their nest. Bought diamataceous earth as I’d read reviews recommending it. Sprinkled some along the wall where the ants were entering and less than 24 hours later not an ant in sight. Marvellous stuff.
No ants what so ever now all of a sudden they were everywhere behind cooker then they were sorted and they then decided the front door area so until they appear in the next spot the power will be down asap so thank you very much ia
