Worked well adding them to my stretching and yoga routines adding more of a challenge. Bands are well made and can easy take them to the gym and classes with me.
Brilliant for home workouts
Bought so I could workout at home and follow the training videos I like as I’ve had to go without in the past, they were definitely worth getting and have given me a good challenge I’m enjoying. The quality seems very good, feel like they will last.
Bought the bands so that I could keep exercising whilst away, as I get on holiday often. Tried them out on a camping trip and they did a good job, making it easy to train my full body keeping in a routine. Bands feel good and they are very portable.

I have added these bands to my yoga workouts and they have been brilliant. They have challenged me and I can feel the benefit after the first few workouts, feeling much stronger in all moves now. The bands are of good quality and are very compact fitting in small pocket of gym bag.
