This is a neat little GaN charging block, with six ports. It comes in basic packaging and the brand is basically unknown over here.
The total claimed power is 220W, with there being two USB-A @ 15W, two USB-C @ 30W, and another two USB-C @ 65W.
There are restrictions on how much power can be provided by which type of ports you are using (for multiple devices), so check the description for the exact specifications. These restrictions are very normal for hubs like this, but they are still an annoying ‘feature’ of current technology.
Build quality is fine, and the unit doesn’t get hot during use, just a bit warm as usual. The cable is replaceable, which is always good to see, I hate moulded cables when they aren’t necessary. Performance was as expected, and the ports deliver the loads claimed, right up to the 65W mark.
Note that this is priced at 40 but there is currently an Amazon voucher which gives a 20% discount. At the reduced price this gets four stars, if it’s forty then it gets three stars.
Overall it’s slightly expensive but gets the job done.
