Light weight and portable Pilates ball. Perfect for working out and very sturdy/durable. Good size/shape and very handy to have! Easy to inflate and good quality. Would defo recommend
This is a blue pilates ball. It is 9 inches and you inflate it yourself. You can deflate it again if you want to travel with it.
It can be used for a range of exercises. I have been using it for yoga and pilates. It doesn’t come with any exercise charts. It would be improved if it did.
A sturdy medium sized ball that once inflated fully feels strong. This makes it ideal for various forms of exercise especially when leaning against it and you need the confidence knowing it isn’t going to burst.
There is a large selection of colours should this be important. The fact it can be easily deflated makes it easier to pack if that is a consideration.
I have found using this has made some specific Pilates exercises more interesting. In part due to adding a balance or stability challenge making stretches ‘stretchier’ and in turn muscles stronger.
A good price for an effective addition to any exercise kit.
I’ve been using this small Pilates ball to add variety to my workouts. It’s a surprisingly effective way to target my core muscles, and I also like using it for stretches. The ball feels well-made, and its small size makes it easy to tuck away when not in use
..I’m delighted with this ballmy previous ball had died
I love the blue shade and the feel of it.
It is easy to inflate. It comes with a straw to inflate manually, but I used a pump (which I have with my larger balls). I will only be using at home so will always use my pump rather than the included straw. The included straw does mean though that it can be taken elsewhere, deflated, and inflate it once there.
I use it for yoga and specifically to aid with my shoulder exercises following an injury. It feels robust and hopefully will last me some time
I can happily recommend
Good ball, ordered for my wife as she does pilates twice a week. She says the ball is very similar to the one she uses in class and it’s enabled her to do some extra sessions at home. Good quality and works well.
I’ve also used it for stretching, yoga, and even as a makeshift office chair to improve my posture while working from home. It’s lightweight and easy to transport, so I can take it with me wherever I go.
Easy inflating/deflation
This is a good small sized exercise ball that is great for pilates and yoga. It is able to move and flex as I need it to.It is very easy to inflate and deflate with just the provided straw and deflation is done by just removing the bung.
It is lightweight and strong and I’m pleased with i
You have to inflate the ball by removing the plug, inserting a plastic straw, and blowing to inflate. It’s tricky to get the straw out and the plug in without losing too much air; it took me a couple of tries to keep the desired amount of air in the ball.
For ease, I wish you blew it up with a pump like a football and it had a self-sealing seal when removing the pump needle.
It has skin-friendly PVC, is BPA-free, and has a soft and smooth outer material. Although the ball is smooth, it does have good traction when used against a wall or floor.
It’s a really helpful tool when completing my physical therapy exercises and will also come in handy when I am able to exercise again.
If you’re looking for a lower-cost pilates ball of good quality, I highly recommend this one.
Very quality material and easy to inflate. The color is simply amazing. The ball is strong enough to allow male and female use without issues. Would be great to have more colors though!
This is basically a blow up rubber ball. It keeps the air in with a little white plug stopper. I don’t think it will last too long as it feels fairly thin. I don’t think it would hold up to putting a lot of weight on the ball. I think its more for holding and stretching. For the price I guess its right, perhaps I was expecting too much.
This soft-to-the-touch silicone ball should do for your exercise needs; I don’t do pilates but have been given an exercise by the physio that requires a ball and this does well for that.
It arrives deflated and flat in a cardboard box and you, obviously, have to inflate it before use. I had assumed it would have standard sport-ball type of valve and so I found my ‘football pump’ ready for the task; the type with the long metal needle on the end of the hose. However I discovered that this is not what you need for this ball.
Instead of a valve, the ball has, basically, an open tube with a rubber stopper. They do provide you with a plastic straw that fits into the tube and, with that, it was very easy to blow the thing up. However, when I can to take the straw out and put the stopper in, because it’s just an open hole, half of the air immediately just came out again before I could get there with the stopper; which was annoying.
I tried a few different ways and eventually managed to blow it up and then, through the sides of the ball, I pinched the tube shut with two fingers, keeping most of the air in until I’d got the stopper in place. So, I got it blown up in the end so I can use it – but it was a bit of an unnecessary faff (hence only 4 stars).
It would seem much more user-friendly it have a proper sports ball valve (though I understand not everyone owns a ball pump with that sort of fitting on) or, alternatively, the type of inflation tube that you get on beachballs and pool inflatables, where the tube closes itself unless you squeeze it. That would just seem easier because once you’ve blown it up by mouth, the air will stay inside while you get the stopper in.
The Fresion 25cm Soft Pilates Ball has been a fantastic addition to my fitness regimen. It’s the perfect size for a variety of exercises, including Pilates, yoga, and barre. Despite its small size, it’s incredibly versatile and effective for enhancing core strength and stability. The ball is durable, easy to inflate, and maintains its shape well under pressure. It’s also lightweight and portable, making it easy to take along to the gym or store at home. Ideal for anyone looking to add some diversity to their workouts with a simple yet effective tool.
I have just started to do Pilates and getting a small ball had been suggested to me, so I got this one. I don’t know why but I was not expecting to have to inflate it but that’s my fault for not reading the info given.
The ball, as I say comes deflated with and inflation tube and a bung. Inflation is easy, however every time I took the inflation tube out to insert the bung it lost air. I tried several times and in the end my husband kindly did it for me without quite as much trouble, although to be fair patience is not my strong point.
Once inflated the ball is great. it’s made from PVC so is strong and I have been successfully using it.
Overall, once I had managed to capture the inflation, I find this ball useful & helpful with my exercises.
