Built two systems. One ITX and the other MATX with these. Really nice quality feel to the case considering the price.
PSU mount allows for SFX and ATX PSU’s but with ATX it will use space needed for long cards so make sure you size the PSU/GPU combination to fit.
One issue with a NZXT SFX PSU the IEC socket wouldn’t fit the internal IEC plug in the case I had to shave the IEC plug rubber down ever so slightly with scalpel. It was quite easy to do. The 2nd case plugged in fine to the generic ATX PSU. Both have Thermalright Tower coolers
It’s a shame there’s no space behind the motherboard for cable tidying, but there is at the top and bottom.
Good looking cases with good airflow.
Super compact and portable case! Materials feel strong and of good quality. My only issue is that cable management is an issue (no routing for wires, but good cable management straps included). Additionally, all cables are visible.
The standoffs are built in, but the threads aren’t great.
Overall, super happy and would recommend for downscaling for mATX!
At the time of purchase, there were no reviews – it turned out this was actually a pre-order item. I bit the bullet anyway because it matched the aesthetic I wanted in a case, and I was not disappointed! The fact it can fit a full size ATX power supply was a huge benefit to me, and the length you’re left with for a GPU without resorting to a PCIe riser is brilliant.
My only gripe is that the case doesn’t have a chamber for cable management, so if you want to show off your build you’ll need to take this into account.
The construction is surprisingly tidy with no sharp edges, very nice for a budget case! It’s well put together and feels like it will carry a good weight without issue.
A review here talked about the mATX spec motherboard requiring a Dremel to make it fit, I don’t know if the design has been changed but the two optional stand-offs at the bottom use (included) studs to raise them to a normal level. By default they are recessed enough not to short on anything.
The included fans are only standard 12v, no PWM or Tach signal provided so you won’t get an RPM reading if your motherboard expects it.
The PSU bracket fits a full size ATX PSU without trouble but it does get in the way of the 120mm intake. I’ve opted to go with an SFX PSU for this one to save some space. The side panel is actually glass not acrylic, not sure if I missed this in the description but was pleasantly surprised.
The stand-offs are part of the casing,not removable unless you cut them off with a dremel or similar device.Meaning that the m-atx stand offs that in the are wrong position have to be cut away before installing the mobo.For itx though it’s a great little thing to take to lan party’s/gaming meetups.
The case is perfect, fitting everything in properly, however, the PSU must be fitted on the front, as this uses an internal extension. The internal extension is a little long, however there’s plenty of space to manage the cables and the included cable-ties are decent quality.
I recommend buying two fans and placing them on the base of the case to aid in airflow.
For a budget, this case is brilliant and looks beautiful.
I was impressed by the build quality, price, and compactness of this case and I really wanted to keep it. It had no instruction manual, so figuring out where to place the psu was a challenge – it hangs from the top inside the case and an extension cable is provided (you can just about make this out from the pictures) Since I wasn’t able to finish the build, I have no idea what this does for thermals
Ultimately I had to return it because it would not fit with my combination of parts: matx mobo, full size psu, radeon 6900 (three fans).
Although my gpu fits inside the case, the cables hanging from the psu meant that it wouldn’t fit in practice. If you had a two fan gpu or an sfx psu I think you’d be fine and I’d likely recommend this case to you
