I ordered this Kids Camera in the, Green Lizard option. I decided to order this for my 5 year old as she loves to photography as well as arts and crafts, and I thought the instant printing would be a great feature for her to enjoy.

The camera arrives nicely boxed and presented. Included with the camera, you also receive: 3 x printing rolls, stickers, colouring pens, charging cable, TF card, lanyard and instructions. The camera itself comes in a handy and compact size, and is designed in bright and vibrant colours. Upon first inspection it appears well designed and built.
The camera is fairly easy to use but will require adult help for younger children, especially getting it all set up. It has a ton of features including a fairly sized screen. The camera can zoom in pretty well, it also comes with a flash, an mp3 player with speakers, video recorder, games, as well as lots of different fun filters for kids to play around with. Obviously the best feature of the camera is that it can instantly print pictures. However be aware, the pictures are in black and white, not coloured. For the price you’re paying, it’s definitely a great feature. You can also print pictures so that they can be coloured in by the kids afterwards which is great fun.
Loading up the paper rolls for the printer was a little pernickety but we got the hang of it in the end. We were actually pleasantly surprised by the quality of the images, including the picture quality and printing quality. The camera also has a cover that keeps it clean and safe. It can be removed for cleaning purposes and put back on.

Overall my kids love playing with this camera. It’s got a decent charge to it, so can be taken everywhere with us. You obviously have to make your kids aware they can’t just print off everything as you’ll run out of the paper rolls, but it’s great for printing off some of their good photos and then getting them to colour the photos in afterwards. My daughter has kept her photos in a little scrap book. This camera is easy to use, has tons of features and is really well priced!

This product comes in generic unimpressive packaging, but it doesn’t have any wasted space or materials.

This is a little thermal-printer built into a cheap kids-camera body. You get three rolls of paper, and of course you don’t need any ink with this, it’s built into the paper. The rolls are a standard size and can be bought very cheaply on amazon from multiple manufacturers..

These are my main highlights for this product:

    printing is reasonably fast
interface easy enough for kids to use
    nice extras included

    photos are poor
priced a too high at RRP

    ———————–

This is one of many near-identical cameras out at the moment and I can say it’s better than most. The controls and interface in particular are much improved and even a 7 or 8 year old will have no problems navigating all of it.

The LCD quality is perfectly fine, but of course the camera sensor itself isn’t much better than what you see on the screen. 1080p at best. The flip-lens is a great idea, ideal for selfies. The components for this product probably cost 5 in total, so you can’t expect miracles. Again, the results are fine for kids. Do not use this to record anything important, you will be disappointed!

This system is great for creative kids as it gives them the ability to instantly print whatever they want. You can get quite artistic even with something as basic as this. You may well turn them into a photographer with this relatively cheap gift.

The apps available are a bit of a gimmick, apart from the filters and frames which do add a lot of creative options. You get MP3 music playback too.

The extras include stickers and felt tips to colour in the blank-and-white printouts. The 32GB card can be read externally using a USB-A stick adapter or memory card reader.

In summary I will say that it is a good and fun product that is great for creative kids. However, the retail price is far too high at 40, Luckily there is a 40% discount voucher at the moment, making it a much more reasonable 24, at which price it gets five stars.

This is a cute first camera and my god daughter enjoys using it. The photos come out black and white to colour in which is quite novel. The silicone around it makes using it safer and I’m not concerned about it being dropped.
It also helps that most cameras in the house these days are on mobile phone which you might want to keep away from children. This is a good alternative, and creative too.
The fact you can turn it to take a selfie really appeals to her too. Overall a nice product and wellthoughtout.

This instant camera for kids is a delightful toy that my child enjoys. The 180 flip lens is a fun feature, and the included silicone case provides some protection. The 32GB memory card offers plenty of space for storing photos. However, the build quality feels a bit flimsy, and the camera’s functionality is quite basic compared to more advanced models. While it’s a great introductory gadget for young kids, it might not withstand rough handling over time. It’s a fun and engaging toy but could benefit from improved durability and more advanced features.

In this colourful little camera, we’ve discovered an absolute treasure trove of fun for my kids, aged 9 and 3. The silicone casing is a real lifesaver for my clumsy little boy, ensuring it survives the inevitable tumbles. My daughter loves the rotating lens for selfies and the instant pleasure of seeing her photos printed in black and white, which she then decorates with the included pens. The setup was straightforward, though I recommend giving the manual a quick read. The screen size and quality are decent for a child’s toy, and while the prints aren’t high quality, they provide endless entertainment. My only minor annoyance is that the thermal printer paper can occasionally jam, but it’s easily fixed. For a little treat during family outings or a rainy day activity, it’s ideal for unleashing their creativity and keeping them engaged!

I passed this on to next door’s twin girls to get relevant feedback. They reported that it was good fun, though the pics were a bit boring because they weren’t colour! Being kids, they picked up how to use its various functions really fast (faster than I would have, anyway), and had a great time messing about around our cul-de-sac, taking pics (when they weren’t fighting over whose turn it was to take them!)

From my perspective, it seems to be reasonably robust and well made, able to stand up to two determined girls fighting over it. It’s obviously not a brilliant camera, as it’s a toy rather than an instrument, but that didn’t stop the fun. How well it lasts and how long it would withstand competition from phones and laptops, I don’t know, but for kids of the right age, it definitely has an appeal.

This is a young child’s play camera, protected in a rubberised, protective cover that (in the case of my example) made it look like a vaguely rectangulat, pink cat (with ears).

It has a built-in (black and white) thermal printer, for which three rolls of heat sensitive paper are included.

Right – how to sum this up?

You have to remember that this is first and formost a toy for young children. Don’t think of it, in any way, as a serious camera. Trust me, if you have an even vaguely up-to-date smart phone, whatever the brand, the camera on your phone is VASTLY better than this.

The built-in printer… well… works. Most of the time (so far, at least – it has jammed occasionally). The quality of the printing is… well… it’s printed. Sort of.

TOY, TOY, TOY! This is an item intended to entertain young children. To be honest, almost don’t think of it as actually a camera at all.

    As a toy, it’s entertaining. As a camera it’s… barely a camera.

If you’re fully understanding its true function and purpose, then I would recomment it (hence the 4 stars). If you make the mistake of believing you are purchasing your child a real, meaningful, genuinely functional camera then you might be disappointed.

There a lot of features in this product, packed into a little tiny box of wonders. The camera is actually surprisingly good quality, and with the lens, your able to flip it so as to shoot selfies and standard images!

The print quality of the camera is good but not amazing. However, I think that can be expected from a kid’s toy camera.

There are a lot of games and other features included on the device as well. Particular, we’ve been able to have a few games of Tetris and Snakes.

The design of the camera looks fantastic as well. I feel like the build quality is also able to withstand a few knocks if the kids play too vigorously with the device.

If you’re looking for a great little camera with a lot of features for your kids, look no further. Very recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect starter camera for little kids.

We recently got this kids’ instant camera and it’s been a fun addition to our family activities. The setup was straightforward, but I recommend reading the manual and formatting the SD card first. It has a 2.4-inch screen, 1080P video capability, and a 180 flip lens, which keeps the kids entertained.

The camera’s dual memory feature is great for storing lots of photos, and it even prints black-and-white pictures. Our children love using the included colourful ink pens to decorate their printed photos, adding a personal touch to their snapshots.

The silicone case makes it durable and safe for little hands, and the overheating protection is a thoughtful feature. Overall, it’s a creative and enjoyable gift for young kids, perfect for capturing and sharing memories.

Only issue we faced was printer paper getting struck at times.
