I’ve been using the Kwaiyole Pantry Moth Traps for about four weeks now, and I must say, they’ve been quite effective. I placed the traps strategically around the house – two in the kitchen, one upstairs, and one in the bathroom.
The setup was incredibly easy, and you can place them virtually anywhere, as long as they’re out of reach of children. When I checked the traps the other day, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the one on top of the fridge in the kitchen had caught two moths. The other traps didn’t have any, but that’s likely because we don’t have a major moth problem in the house.
I wasn’t even aware we had moths in the kitchen, so it was quite pleasing to see that the traps worked. It’s reassuring to know that the traps are doing their job quietly and effectively, catching moths I didn’t even know were there.
Overall, the traps are cheap, easy to set up, and quite effective. If you’re dealing with a moth issue, I’d definitely recommend giving these a try.
These are excellent. Is a safe non toxic way after catching moths. These are amazing and works efficiently.
Left this out and forgot about it . Went back to pick it up thinking nothing would be caught. Was shocked to see a bunch of moths on it
Definitely value for money and i highly recommend
We have had issues with pantry moths in the past so I am pleased to be able to test these traps. I have put them together and laid them in areas where moths have been an issue in prevous years and am waiting to see if any get trapped when they hatch this spring.
I haven’t seen any so far this spring as it is still a bit early. I will report back with progress in a few weeks if I manage to catch some.
In todays high tech world, full of gadgets, it’s sometimes the simple things that work best. These traps are just pieces of prescored card that are coated with an adhesive and laced with moth attracting pheromones however they are very effective.
The traps are easy to assemble with the protective sheet over the adhesive needing to be removed before folding on the prescored folds into a triangular shape, held by a small tab at the top. they sit on a shelf, or surface, and can be left to do their job, which they do effectively.
Once set up the traps have no noticeable odour and they have started working already, two days after putting them to work. It will be interesting to see how long they last and when they need replacement.
Kwaiyole moth traps are a clean and efficient way of getting rid of troublesome pantry moths. I’m usually plagued by the blighters as spring turns into summer and having used up my previous supply, I’m now ready for the coming battle. Each of the individually wrapped pieces is easily constructed and triangulated into a small cradle concealing an odourless sticky strip that should be irresistible to moths.
They are pretty small in size and I certainly wouldn’t have them so obviously displayed (as per the advert – yuk) and certainly not during the day. However, a couple can be placed high and out of sight the moths will find them, attracted as they are to the pheromones. My only complaint is the price, as better deals are available on Amazon.
These are primarily for pantry/food area use as they are targeted for that kind of moth and not the clothes type
They are very easy to fold into their finished form and leave to lie on the surface of your counters or shelves.
They have already started catching some early moths with little effo
These pantry moth traps come in a set of 4. Each one is individually wrapped, which is good. You still need to use other methods to tackle the moths. You can’t just rely on these.
I think they are too pricey for only 4. You can get 10 other moth traps for less, that work the same and some might even work better.
I’ll see how I get on with them and update my review.
