This penguin was a big hit! My kids are 4.5 and 1 year old and they both love it! It’s so realistic making noises, dancing, eating and walking, they think it’s their new pet! It comes with leash and food, so much fun for little ones! It’s great value for money and I can definitely recommend it!
This little penguin was a hit with my daughter. She received it for her fourth birthday. This penguin is simple to use, it moves or speaks when you press it’s beak, stomach and top of head. When it’s laid down, it has the cutest snore. It’s easy to shut off with the switch on the bottom, which I have to do at night because my daughter loves to sleep with it.
This Little Live Pets My Walking Penguin is absolutely adorable! The design is super cute, with big, expressive eyes and soft, cuddly “fur.” The included accessories add to the fun, and the penguin’s playful movements and sounds are sure to entertain kids. However, it’s worth noting that this little guy can get a bit loud. I recommend thinking about the parent before getting this as a gift for a kid (Will the parent appreciate the loud noise?). But if you’re looking for a cute and interactive toy that will keep your kids entertained, this penguin is a great choice!
Well this penguin is adorable and received more continuous engagement than previous Little Live Pets we’ve had (dog). The interactive nature has made the penguin a constant companion for car rides, trips to grandma’s house, etc. The fish is being fed constantly to the penguin and the noises and different reactions has elicited lots of laughter and smiles. And the penguin is just cute and starts working right out of the box. I highly recommend this toy.
This is an absolutely adorable toy. Our toddler loves it. It’s fuzzy and you can attach the leash so they can walk the toy. He waddles on his own and sings. Super cute and fun for them to interact with. The fur is very soft, and the design is friendly looking and cute.
This toy is super cute and does exactly as it says. My toddlers especially get a good kick out of watching it walk around. It does lose it’s balance every now and then. It doesn’t do too good with walking on softer surfaces. I like that it has a sleep mode if left alone for an extended period of time. Price is very reasonable for what you get. 10/10 would recommend.
This little penguin is adorable! Super soft fur and super cute noises. When you hold the fish in her beak she makes a munching noise and then burps. She walked well on both carpet and hardwood floors. My grandkids were fighting over who got to take the penguin on a walk next. The little harness is attached so it stays nice and snug. My only complaints are the leash is basically just a ribbon and the fish is pretty small so I’m guessing it will get lost.
I love this penguin toy. My kid liked it too, which is obviously more important. But I’m also more picky than she is.
I’ll start with why I only rated 4 stars.
The “leash” is just a small thin ribbon. Honestly doesn’t even need it but would be better if it was something stronger.
The motors are very loud. Almost louder than the sound effects.
That’s about it for the negatives.
For the most part I think it’s a great toy and it’s worth it, just keep in mind the previous points. If your kid has noise sensitivities the motors may be too loud.
Aside from the noise everything else is great. The fur is very soft and pettable, which encourages kids to interact with the sensors. The little thing walks very far before it needs to be pet again, and it can also do a dance version if you switch it by holding the tummy for a couple of seconds. The dance still has walking motions but it stops and bops for a bit.
The design is incredibly cute, my kid was immediately interested.
It works great aside from the noise. The walking motion is very smooth and cute.

This little guy wobbles so cute.
The sounds are kind of odd and not the sounds you’d think when you think penguin but still fun.
Our English Bulldog just loves having this toy around.
She will go up to it and nudge it then go into full on zoomies when it starts wobbling and talking.
Overall very happy with this My Walking Penquin and hope that it will last a year or two.
