This camera charger has two slots to fit two batteries and it has space for 2 memory cards. The bottom at the front is to turn on the charger if you press it the batteries start the charge, I have been using it for my cannon camera and the battery gets charged in less than an hour. It is definitely a great option when taking lots of shots and need the batteries, you can even have 3 one in the camera and two in the charger and just swap around. I would definitely recommend it. The price isn’t so bad, I think it is worth the money.
Dual battery charger ideal for most camera batteries – I use this for my canon dslr.
Rest assured nice convenient charging, with a dual slot portable charger. Easy to store away in the camera bag, great value and high performance.
The lcd display is ideal for showing the charging levels, simple and effective – happy!
The llano LP-E17 battery charger/charging case arrived very professionally packed in a shrink wrapped colour printed cardboard box bearing the llano branding.
In the box you get the charging case, a USB C charging cable, a carrying lanyard, a soft carrying/storage pouch and an instruction manual.
The well designed charging case features PD fast charging for two LP-E17 batteries at the same time and as an added bonus also features two SD card storage slots.
LP-E17 batteries fit snugly into the charging slots without any slop and the unit will fully charge both batteries in around 90 minutes.
The finish of the case is exceptional and this is a good looking modern case.
Possibly in the upper price range for a charger but with all the built in design features and storage this is worth paying a bit extra.
I like this item. It is quick to charge the batteries for my 760D, and the LED display tells you the % progress of the charge of each battery individually. Not really sure why there are two SD card storage slots, they seem pointless. It charges genuine and non-genuine batteries, which I am really pleased about.
It comes with a soft storage pouch (which is a bit too big), a lanyard and a USB-C power lead but no plug. The charger unit is 10.5cm wide, 7cm high and 3.5cm deep. 57 when ordered, but currently up to 65 (plus there is a 20% off voucher) is a fairly hefty price, however the item looks sleek, feels nice, charges quickly and is very easy to use.

This charger is compatible with a wide range of Canon cameras. It works quickly and efficiently, ensuring my batteries are ready to go in no time. It’s compact and easy to use, which is great for travel or shooting on location. The build quality is solid and durable, giving me confidence that it will last a long time. Having this charger has made managing my camera batteries much more convenient and reliable.
This is a cool charger, which allows space for charging two batteries at once along with space for a couple of memory cards. Charging speed is pretty good from what I can tell, for both charging the battery pack and then charging batteries from it. This is really handy if you are out and about with little opportunity for plugging in. But that’s to be offset with carrying this extra device. The little screen monitoring the charge amount is a nice touch too.
The llano LP-E17 Camera Battery Charger is an excellent accessory for Canon EOS users, offering wide compatibility with models such as EOS R50, RP, R10, R8, Rebel T8i, T7i, SL2, SL3, and more. This charger is compact and portable, making it perfect for travel and on-the-go photography. As a photographer, I find the llano LP-E17 Camera Battery Charger indispensable. Its versatility in charging multiple Canon battery models means I no longer need to carry several chargers for different cameras, which is incredibly convenient. The ease of use and efficiency of this charger have made my photography sessions smoother and more enjoyable. Whether I’m working in a studio or on location, this reliable charger keeps my photography uninterrupted and my equipment in top condition. It’s a must-have accessory for any Canon EOS camera owner, and I highly recommend it.
Good little charger that does the job fine. Quick charger and great for charging multiple batteries at once while in a safe little container. Perfect for storage and also includes two spare batteries. Feels solid quality too. Good product for the price.
The price range does vary with these products. I have seen the same for more but that came with two extra batteries. May be worth checking that before you buy.
The first thing you will notice about this charger is its size. For what it does… it is big!
The unit holds two LP-E17 batteries, that I use in my Canon R10 camera, as well as two spare SD Cards. The until has the appearance of an old-fashioned camera with a lid, above the “lens” that flips open to reveal the storage.
The charger is light on controls with a simple on/off button and a circular display. On the left side is a USB-C connection to provide the power to charge the batteries. This unit does not contain a battery to charge to LP-E17s although, judging by the size, you would expect it to have.
The charger does a very good job of charging the batteries very quickly, and the display indicates the remaining percentage stored in each cell.
I tried the charger with a portable powerbank, and it worked as well as using a mains connection.
Would recommend for home use, but not something I would take out with me.
Everything feels top quality with this battery charger from Ilano. Ilano is a reputable business, their products are reliable and well designed and manufactured. I’m not sure they needed to make the charger look like a camera, however kudos nonetheless.
Flip open the lid to reveal the charging ports, two independent slots. There are also two storage slots for SD cards. These lock in securely, like they would in the camera. It seemed like they were actual card readers – I tried to connect the charger by USB to a Windows device, just in case – they are just for storage.
Most importantly, I tried this with both first-party Canon batteries and third-party ones, which do not always charge in non-Canon battery chargers. I attached a picture to show that both work – great news. Charging is indeed rapid, as the marketing suggests. Pressing the button on the front shows how much charge is in the batteries. The button is not a biometric scanner!
If you need a gorgeous-looking (and feeling) charger, which can charge any LP-E17 batteries, and do so very quickly, this is a must-have.
The Ilano charger will hold up to 2 LP-E17 batteries and 2 SD cards, neat and tidy and have your canon camera batteries always ready when you need it. The front display will show the percentage of your battery capacity as soon as you drop in the batteries or if you press the button on the front.
Charging the batteries can be done with any USBc outlet and the included USBc cable, when connected there will be a green lighting logo as well as the percentage display start flashing. It comes with a soft bag to store everything and there is no excuse of not be able to find my batteries when I am on site.
This version is just the battery charging case, batteries not included.
Fast charging speed
Relatively compact
Space for two extra SD cards (which granted, you could keep elsewhere, but it doesn’t hurt!)
Handy battery-check screen on the front
Keeps spare batteries safe
Very happy with it. May buy it for different camera models, too.
For full disclosure I received this for free as part of the Amazon Vine program, the opinion given is mine and mine alone and has not been influenced in any way.
Now for the good stuff…
I should mention I received 4 of these for 4 camera systems I have so the review on each will be identical as other than the battery size they take, they all work the same way.
This is perhaps the greatest invention ever for photographers and videographers ever , a super fast charging case with spring loaded slots for 2 SD cards, I have been racking my brain and I just can’t think of anything negative to say at all.
The fast charge isn’t an idle boast, much faster than the OEM charger and I have some batteries that charge direct via USB C and it is still faster than them.
Knowing what I know, would I have bought these with my own money?
Absolutely, in fact if there is a Fuji version I shall be placing an order very shortly, I have run out of superlatives to describe how useful these are, no more carrying separate chargers , a supremely neat solution.
As someone who does carry too many batteries it would be nice perhaps if this also had an output port so it could act as a power bank in emergencies, not a criticism, just a suggestion.
