Update….
Having spoken with the company, who provided excellent customer service, the USB issue is now resolved. The after care can not be faulted.
The bag seems well put together with decent stitching and strong Zips. I wasn’t sure if I would use the built in charging point but now I know I won’t as the USB C conection does not send power to any device. The USB A connector does work, but who uses A anymore.
I ordered this for my husband. He loves it. Great quality and expands into a big travel rucksack. On a normal day he uses it for work, and it looks stylish and fits a 16inch laptop nicely.
It’s a great bag and with alot of capacity. I would of preferred slightly smaller size, but needed an expanded bag for business travel too. Overall, very satisfied.
I have 2 points for improvements, 1. The top carry handle would be better if it was cushioned. 2. The bag fabric is water repellent, material needs to be better so items within are protected from rain water.

Verarbeitung:
Der Rucksack ist sehr gut und gefhlt Hochwertig verarbeitet. Hlt sehr gut Nsse ab, lsst sich mit einem nassen tuch leicht reinigen und sieht robust aus.
Aufteilung:
Es sind sehr viele verschiedene Staufcher fr all meine Utensilien wie Laptop (sehr gut geschtzt im gepolsterten Laptopfach). Er ist auch zum erweitern wenn mal mehr zum mitnehmen ist, ansonsten ist er sehr kompakt mit viel Platz.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
