My son is very into Deadpool at the moment, sparked by the new film out currently, and so when it came to choosing a gum shield for his high school sports and this one showed up in a search, he was over the moon!
The superbly cool design aside, it’s a really good quality shield that comes with its own carry case. It molds very easily to fit around your teeth and although we did this successfully first time, I really appreciated knowing that you can mold it again if needed – phew! Once you’ve got it shaped, it fits really well and securely to give you peace of mind for protection during sports.
It’s not the cheapest, but for the quality and finish I think it’s good value for money and would be money well spent for the protection provided. Good stuff, very happy with it!

Looks great, comes very well packaged and would be great as a gift. Instantly recognisable by Marvel fans so good novelty factor.
Feels solid, I’m not familiar with gum shields so unable to comment in this regard but can confirm it was well received by my son who like to wear it for fun.
This Deadpool mouthguard caught my eye for its quirky, humorous appeal and its promise of top-tier protection and comfort. From the moment I opened the package, the Deadpool branding put a smile on my face — it’s fun, unique, and adds a bit of character to my sports gear. The fitting process was straightforward. The dual-layer construction lives up to its promise, absorbing shocks effectively. I’ve had issues with mouthguards fitting poorly in the past, but this one was different. It conformed perfectly to the contours of my teeth after a couple of fitting attempts, providing a secure fit. The pre-formed base provides additional jaw protection, which is particularly reassuring during heavy impacts.
The product description mentions content of an adult nature. While it’s likely just a playful warning, it’s something parents might want to note if considering this for younger athletes.

Very easy to mould after leaving in boiling water for 30 seconds and follow the instructions for how to get the best mouth fit. Good tip is pushing your jaw in from the sides while biting down.
Easy to clean and come with a transparent case for storage and hygiene.

Really nicely packaged and really well made. After following the instructions, getting this mouthguard moulded and in place was surprisingly easy (this is my first time doing it). I’m pleased with the fit (and the look of the Wolverine styling) and feel like they’ll offer great protection for kickboxing. I was a little worried about gagging, or having it press too far into the back of my mouth, but no problems with that so far. I also appreciated this coming with a case to store them in. Excellent.
Like another reviewer already said, 16.99 may seem a tiny bit expensive, but it is waaaaay cheaper than going to the dentist. Honestly, I can see any guy or gal of a certain age LOVING having a Deadpool or Wolverine mouthguard to wear for their full-contact sports. Recommended.

I got it for my 12 year old for school sports and it is just about the right size for him and should be OK for most adults unless you have a very large mouth.
The fitting process is the usual put in hot (but not boiling) water for a bit them put in mouth and gently bite down. You should be able to repeat the process if you mess it up initially as long as you don’t leave it in overly hot water for too long in which case it might deform too much.
The quality is very good, the best I’ve ever seen. It’s durable and very comfortable to wear. This probably gives it more effective protection which might justify the cost depending on the sport you are using this for.
The case is also good quality with air holes to allow it to breathe.
The Deadpool design is pretty cool and certainly attractive to my son.
This is top quality but is twice the price of other good quality gumshields.
This is currently priced at 15.99 and at that price it’s a no brainer, it’s high quality easy to mould and can be remoulded as needed as well as bringing some Deadpool flair to your mouth.
There’s no taste to it once fitted and it’s easy to snap in and pull out of your mouth once moulded to your teeth, the box to store it in is also well made with nice big ventilation slots to let it dry out.
Value wise.. it is significantly cheaper than a trip to the dentist, so there’s no reason I can see not to buy one of these.
I found it comfortable to wear the the extra bite pads at the back mean it shouldnt get destroyed too quickly either.
Got these for my son to play field hockey at school. He’s 12 but these fit fine and are easy to mould. They’re quite a novelty and create a chuckle, but have a premium price at 17.
I use a gumshield for Krav Maga, where a good gumshield is a must have, because I regularly take one in the face (whether by a fist/foot/elbow/stick/etc.), so I was excited to test this out, and protect what teeth I have left.
Plus Marvel, Wolverine, what cooler gumshield can you get? I love the design, it’s very cool.
The shield also comes with a funky Marvel themed case for storage.
The supplied instructions explain well about how to fit the gumshield (and there is also a video online to watch), I managed to shape this perfectly on the first time trying. It stays in place no problem, and fits like a glove, better even than my current gumshield, which is amazing as my teeth are not the straightest.
This gumshield will be my first choice from now on, I feel that the protection offered is superb, with the added bonus of it’s Wolverine designed.
