What do you do when you’ve got 2 PS5 controllers and 2 PS4 controllers and want to charge them all at the same time because you, your wife and 2 kids all play Sackboy PS4 or one of the other four-player couch-co-op games? This is the solution. I didn’t even know such a solution existed. I had actually already replaced a power plug near my PS5 so that it had 1 USB C and 1 USB A, but those ports charged everything _except_ my PS4/5 controllers.

Well, this is the absolutely simple solution I’d been looking for, and it works just as it should. It plugs into the 2 standard PS5 USB C ports and then you’ve got access to 4 USB A and 2 USB C, allowing me to charge all 4 controllers at once. Could I have gone with separate dedicated charging stands? Yeah, then I would have needed two, one for the PS4 and one for the PS5 controllers. This is much simpler if you don’t mind the spaghetti cables while everything’s charging. It’s not like I have to charge more than once every couple of weeks. (If you do, then you’re playing a lot or need to replace your controller batteries, which is super simple to do.)

Anyway, I highly recommend this product. It’s a simple solution to an issue few have, but it does the job right.

The Mcbazel USB hub I received is a surprisingly small device but blends nicely with the front of the PS5 slim. It fits into the two front USB-C ports and then stays there due to its own tight fit.

The device works as advertised and gives a couple of extra ports. The reason I picked this up was that I was having a lot of trouble with wireless headsets. I’ve now tried two headsets with dongles and both of them seem to cause all sorts of sound and controller glitches. Since two headsets do the same thing I was hoping this might help by replacing my current USB extender. Unfortunately the glitches are still there.

This does what it says in the description and gives you a lot more ports to use
Fits nicely into the ps5 and actually as I git the lighter colour looks like it’s part of the design
Very useful so happy to say it’s good value and worth getting
