Ich habe mir den Woodfire Grill hauptschlich fr den Campingurlaub gekauft, nutze ihn mittlerweile aber auch zu Hause gerne als Outdoorkche. Da ich auch gerne mal ein Spiegelei am Morgen esse, habe ich mir die flache Grillplatte als Ergnzung dazu gekauft, da das auf einer Riffelplatte eben nur schwer machbar ist. Aber auch Gemse und anderes Essen lsst sich hierauf super grillen, backen, kochen.

Cleans easily, and water beads off it like a ducks back… A good addition to the standard ribbed grill that comes with XL Woodfire, allowing you to do all manner of things, or to put your own internal dish on perhaps. (I do this but put foil under the dish as an extra layer of protection from potential scratches.)
TIP: Do not use ANY metal utensils to cook with on this plate, it will scratch through the layer of whatever it is on there easily. Silicon tongs, plastic or wooden spatulas are recommended. A few pictures added, as we all love to see alternate views.
