Performance-enhanced low-profile cooling

With 6 instead of 4 heatpipes, the NH-L12Sx77 offers significantly more headroom for higher heat-loads compared to the original NH-L12S. As such, it is ideal for getting the most out of today’s high-end CPUs in compact cases.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIf you have those requirements, this will be it.

If your card is THICKER than > ~40-42mm do not get this cooler for the Fractal Terra.

    Cools my 7800X3D super well.

    I have a custom configured Blower – Style 4070ti Super 16gb VRAM.

3-5 degree improvement from original NH-12 from Noctua (4-pipe version).

NOTE: SWAP THE FAN’s DEFAULT CONFIGURATION FROM EXHAUST (STOCK) to INTAKE !! You will see an additional 1-3 C improvement in temperatures.

Only for Small GPU’s in mini-ITX

Got this after we were having heat issues with an old build, issues are gone now. Have converted the machine to a Linux box for playing with LLMs and it’s rare that I get temps in the 60s, only after a few hours at load. Pretty great.

Temperatures are ok for Louqe RAW S1, the case has bad thermal design, so its a bit hot, but I signed up for it.
In a Fractal Design Terra, you would have really good temperatures.
If you have RAM with NO heatsinks, you can fit a 25mm thick fan.

    All in all, good cooler.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFor the last month or two I have been using a Loque RAW S1 case with a Noctua “Ghost” edition cooler,
System:- Intel i714700T, Founders Edition RTX 4070, Asus B760i Motherboard.

I have had to restrict the power limits of the CPU to 40w sustained and 50w Burst(5 Seconds) to keep the system and CPU at a temperature that I personally find acceptable.

Tested with Noctua Ghost cooler on JUST prime95 for 60 minutes (21 degrees room temp) CPU is at 59 DegreesC
and running 3D Mark Timespy 20 minute Stress test is at 86 DegreesC (CPU and GPU running)

Fitted this new L12Sx77 and :-
Tested with Noctua L12Sx77 cooler on JUST prime95 for 60 minutes (21 degrees room temp) CPU is at 50 DegreesC
and running 3D Mark Timespy 20 minute Stress test is 79 DegreesC (CPU and GPU running)

This is, hands down the BEST low height cooler for ITX builds… I have been using Noctua in builds for about 15 years… and that will continue.
