Why doesn’t my headset have noise cancellation and I can always hear noise in the environment?
This headset does not feature active noise cancellation. However, they are equipped with 2 noise-cancelling microphones designed to ensure that only your voice is heard by the other party during calls, minimizing background noise.
Why does my headset always disconnect from my device?
We recommend downloading and installing the NearSync software from Nuroum official Nuroum. Ensure both your headset and dongle are updated to the latest firmware versions. The latest headset version is 100017, and the latest dongle version is 100016.
Why does the wireless headset I received have a short battery life?
The battery may not be fully charged due to power consumption during shipping. We recommend fully charging the headset before first use. When fully charged, the headset can provide up to 15 hrs of music playback and 12 hrs of talk time at 50% volume.

These headphones are pretty good, the connect easily and are easy to find on the system. However, the main reason In bought them was to use with TEAMS, and, although they seem connected, the leave a 5 to 8 seconds gap of silence after connection when neither me or the caller know if we are still connected or not. Not ideal if you working ion a service that aids callers.
I have been using this headset now for several months for Teams calls at work. The headset is very easy to pair with my computer, and the sound quality is pretty good. Also, while I am unsure of the quality of the microphone, I have not heard any issues from my colleagues on the sound quality.
The Nuroum HP30 Bluetooth Wireless headset with microphone is a really stylish looking and creatively designed headset. It’s simple to use, works well and has great audio and sound quality.
Microphone seems to impressive too with no complaints over audio quality on the receiving end and compliments about how clear the sound is. Price point seems fair for a good quality headset and overall impressed with the product.
These are really good quality headphones which are easy to set up, I use Bluetooth and they connected in seconds to my Windows 11 laptop. The sound quality is good and people can hear me clearly, I am not sure if there is good noise cancelling or not because I use the Teams noise cancelling feature but no complaints about background noise. The microphone when vertical mutes but only on the headset, I still appear that my microphone is open. I am really happy with this headset and the only downside is that it I find the band a little tight (I have a big head) so I could not wear it all day.
I was needing a new headset for work calls as my old set has taken a lot of hammer over recent months being thrown into a bag between work and home.
This is my first wireless headset for work purposes and what a great product it is. Very simple to connect which you hope all Bluetooth products will be these days. Super clear sound and reliable connection and I’ve had a few people comment on the clarity of my voice on calls – so often people just use the in built microphone but these headsets do give a more professional sounding call quality which is good when you work in a customer facing role.
They hold charge really well but also continue to be operational when you plug them in – which given I use them with my laptop means I always have the option to plug them in if needed.
Really pleased with these and would highly recommend.
Embarking on the daily commute or setting up for a focused work session at home, the clarity and comfort provided by a reliable headset have become indispensable. It’s striking how much of a difference clear sound quality and the absence of background noise can make, especially when it comes to productivity and ease of communication. The flexibility to move freely without sacrificing connection or sound quality enriches the experience, whether it’s during a crucial call or while savoring a favorite playlist. It’s these small, often overlooked details that contribute significantly to the smooth flow of a day, making tasks feel less like chores and more like parts of a well-orchestrated routine.
Having used this headset on MS Teams over the past few weeks I have only been left with a positive experience. Mic quality seems excellent as everyone is able to hear me clearly (and I have asked for feedback on this) which is always a good sign – something I did not experience with cheaper headsets, particularly the work issued ones… I really like the option of being able to use USB too as while bluetooth is always convenient for the office, I have plenty of USB ports at home with the hub on my laptop and I am sitting next to it, so there it is fine for me to plug the cable in on those occasions, or when battery has run out too I’ll even have the cable in my bag. No more worrying about low battery as I can continue to use after plugging cable in, it’s a great thing. Battery life is reasonable, far more than the small ear bud type devices and in turn the headset will last a lot longer too because there will still be reasonable capacity years down the line. Comfortable enough to use. Value wise it is reasonable, I have seen headsets that cost more than this that had lower specs. All in all I am happy with the headset.
I’ve been using a wired set with very similar material for the headphones for a couple of years now. That’s lasted fine – not a mark – so I have confidence that these will last too.
As with those, they’re not headphones you’ll want to listen to music on – there are much better ones out there for that – but they’re fine for voice and hearing alerts etc, and having the mic boom produces better results for talking than having the mics over your ears.
They come with a removable label over the large button that’s on the side with the mic boom to tell you that it’s the one used for picking up calls etc. It would be nice if the what button does what when pressed so many times was on there all the time, but instead you have to remember that it does five different things depending on how long / how many times you press it and what it’s currently doing.
As shown in my video, these headphones do reduce background noise considerably compared to a non-noise cancelling microphone.
It’s very suited for calls and meetings in noisy environments. The quality of the voice is reduced but is clear and more importantly dominant over the background noise.
Using this for listening to music, however, is pretty awful. No base and sounds ultra flat. I think the problem is that noise reduction is in action all of the time and there is no option to switch it off.
For gaming, it may be passable, but I think volume is too low.
The headset comes with its own bluetooth dongle but it pairs with any bluetooth accepting device so I didn’t need to use the included one.
Battery life is ok, watching the bluetooth gauge on my PC, it drained 20% in two hours of use, so by that measure, it probably is a 10 hour usage before needing recharge.
What I really like is the comfort. It is one of the most comfortable on-ear headset I have used. The cups are made of pleather (or protein leather) and feel soft. The headset band also has a soft padding. The headband frame is plastic, so durability remains to be judged. Although, to be honest, I won’t be using this enough to ever give a verdict on that.
With all that said, the biggest virtue is the noise cancellation for which it absolutely does well as headsets that costs more than double the price of this. But the quality of sound through earcups is a big let down limiting this for mainly, calls and meetings.
