These brushes are ok for the job but are not the best that are available. This is mainly due to how stiff the blue headed brushes are. They are firmer than many would prefer. I have been using cheap paint brushes as detailing brushed for a while. I may keep using them as these while firmer and will be useful for areas like window seal that need a good scrub. I don’t think these would scratch the clear coat but at the same time wouldn’t want to risk it too much. The consistency of these brushes are similar to that of a toothbrush albeit they’re much longer.

The soft short handed brushes are super soft and are great for cleaning the interior of the car where cloths cant reach such as panel gaps and air vents. The 3 pack of wire brushes I have no idea where you would want to use this on your car. So for me these could have been left out.

There are worse and better brushes on the market. If you have an older car and want to dip your toe into detailing then these will probably be suitable. For someone with a newer car or one with pristine paintwork should probably look for some better quality brushes, or like me use a cheap paintbrush which is not too much different.

Here’s what’s in this handy set of brushes:
    – 3 x narrow brushes, 1 of which is nylon and the other 2 which have metal bristles (do be careful as these are pointy!).
    – 5 x detailing brushes which appear to have synthetic bristles and are ideal for brushing away dust and dirt.
    – 2 x soft brushes for cleaning inside internal crevices such as those in air vents.
They appear to be durable and made from good quality materials.

Really handy set of car cleaning brushes. Theres a different brush for all the nooks and crannies but my favourite are the small vent brushes. The really soft bristles grab the dust and get all of it out , previously I would use a cloth and there would always be annoying bits left in the corners but thats no longer a problem.
These brushes are good enough to use on other cleaning jobs as well as the car. I have used one of the round ones to clear the dust out of the back grill on a large stainless steel fan , it did the job much better than a cloth and again got the annoying bits out of the corners. The vent brushes are also great for those little holes on the back of the telly and as theres two of them in the pack I leave one in the house and one in the car.

So in the set you get 10 items , five long handled brushes , with nylon bristles , that aren’t that soft , but soft enough not to scratch I suppose , you then get two hand brushes these are very soft ( in fact I have seen these used for makeup in the past) , and finally you get a separate packaged set of three small wire brushes these are obviously for metal and engine parts , not your dashboard !
The set is fine , its not a serious detailing kit , but for the Sunday clean on your car these will definitely help cleaning the inside and getting into the nooks and crannies , good price and less than a pound for each brush , so yes worth getting for the odd weekend deep clean on your car , but for proper detailing maybe not , then saying that these will come in handy for any job around the house also so worth getting

I was really pleased unpacking this selection of different brushes, as they are sourced for different jobs, not just for a car, but any type of detailing that you need to carry out.

There are five handle brushes with a circular head of bristles, they are good for getting in nooks hard to reach spots, on wheels, i use mine on car alloys and motorbikes which have many more hiding spots for dirt, brake dust etc.

I dont tend to do much interior detailing myself, but there is a very nice set of soft bristle finger brushes and i guess these are for all the detail on the dashboard, very soft so not to scratch anything.

The final part of the kit are 3 wire brushes, in different gauges (thickness) for different amounts of resistance. Great for clean parts that are attracting rust, but obviously not for painted panels as they would cause damage.

Overall, everything is useable, great top up or starting kit, something for inside and outside.

These are actually quite good for the price. A 10 piece kit of various brushes. There is a selection for most of the finer jobs you woudl need these for. Incuding 2 very soft bristle brushes for gentle dusting of interiors and dashboard.
    I would recommend this set.

Nice little set of ten detailing brushes that can be used to dust and clean various parts of your car. There’s a big stiff brush for cleaning your alloy wheels and lovely soft ones for doing more intricate parts of your cars interior such as the radio and dashboard. There’s also a couple of wire brushes (both steel and brass) and also a plastic bristled scrubbing brush which is good for stubborn dirt around badges, lettering and so on.

One of the advertising pictures suggests that there’s plastic dust covers for the super soft wide brushes but there wasn’t any included with mine. Nor where there any instructions so refer back to this product page if you are unsure about which brushes should be used for wha
