I bought this device a few days ago as I am an avid camper and go fishing all the time. I use to play Spotify on my mobile throughout the day and it was draining my mobile battery, since getting this device I can now connect it to my Bluetooth speakers and the battery last long as well. Absolutely loving it!
It has its own built in speaker as well which works good. Long battery life I would definitely recommend this device as i myself am very happy with it.
Reviewing at the price I paid – 53.99.
The device has 16GB of internal storage plus a 64GB SD card. So calling it a 80GB device is a little misleading.
It’s not a slick android experience. It’s running Android 9 from 2018 which was supported until 2021. It’s just about got enough power to do the one thing I ask, which is to run Spotify.
I’ve installed an external sound processor app, which makes an improvement. At 55 years old, I need a boost to the top end.
Sound from Bluetooth on Bose ear buds is decent but a notch below a Samsung S21. Sound on Bose wired headphones is decent, but again, just slightly inferior to a better input device. But the difference is marginal. With a few thousand tracks downloaded and using in Spotify Offline mode – works pretty well.
This is a good device if you want your music but don’t want to take your phone with you, or as a music source for a child.
I’ve tried other (cheaper) MP3 Players which have proved to be well below par. I bought this one and am generally very pleased with it. Some of my dowloaded music annoyingly wouldn’t play on other players I’ve tried, so I was very pleasantly surprised when they did play on this one. It connects well via bluetooth which is a feature I particulary wanted. The only negative for me (hence the four-star rating rather than five) is that there is no equalizer. The sound on this is alright but I would like to tweak the treble and bass to my liking. Overall though I’m really pleased with this and it holds masses of music. Also it’s easy to navigate, with a nice clear screen.
Great for when you’re out and about, saves flattening your phone battery. Alittle more battery capacity would have been nice, although with the one fitted you already have plenty of playback time if you want an mp3/mp4 player this is an excellent choice.
This solid built unit looks & feels real quality. Easy to set up once you connect to your WiFi you will soon be up & running. A free SD Card is provided for extra memory to go with the 80gb you have within the unit already. Touch screen is easy to use & slides the screens sideways with ease to reach other apps.The provided wire headphones also double as an ariel for radio reception. With internet connection you can use Google Play Store to download apps you require.
Sound is good I can’t fault it & operation once mastered is easy to get on with. The one major fault I personally have with this player is that the Bluetooth drops out all the time from my ear buds which is really annoying, even at a foot’s distance. This also occurs on my external speakers I have so that is why four stars are give for this product.
