So I’ve had a lot of work done on my teeth and I now really am very fussy and I go to alot of trouble of cleaning them and keeping my gums in good health too.
I bought these brushes for my kids, and the replacement heads, and the price is crazy. What a shame everyone can’t have these. There is no way these cost more than 2 to make. The imflated price is absolutely absurd.
When I saw how well my kids were getting on with this brush, I then bought one, my oral hygiene hasn’t changed, it’s only the actual brush that I’ve changed. t my last check, I got a 0.2% plaque score. Before that is was around 5% so there’s no doubt in my mind that these brushes and heads work. Again, it’s just a real shame that the price is so high that a lot of people can’t afford them.
This definitely cleans well and leaves a good smooth clean finish to your teeth. However upon hindsight I’ve looked on reviews for oral b IO series toothbrushes and the IO 6 comes out as cleaning as well as the IO 10 but considerably cheaper ( 350 for the 10, 130 for the 6) I’ve just ordered the 6 to find out how it compares. Only just received it so IF tbe 6 cleans as well as the 10 albeit without the additional’ bells and whistles’ I would have to recommend the 6 as in my opinion the 10 doesn’t warrant the additional cost. Yes Oral B IO series toothbrushes do provide a very good clean and feeling of being clean in your mouth but as mentioned I would seriously question whether the IO 10 is worth paying the extra for.
