I originally requested these thinking they were the type you use for assisted pull ups, but that was my error as these are resistance bands for exercising. I’ve never used these before, so am experimenting a bit with them at the moment. There is a good range from very light to fairly resistant, and they are packaged really nicely in their own little drawstring bag.

This is a useful set, not as heavy as some but a good range and I like the included accessories. The protective cover is something I have not seen before but will be useful if wrapping the bands around something that has any sharp edges. The bag is also a good size to fit everything in. I use bands a lot, especially when I am coaching and having a range of sizes such as these and the accessories make them doubly useful.
