Have recently had a problem with my right leg and was unable to raise it on its own. Got these bands and use them to lift my leg onto the bed and into the car. Honestly, I am very happy with the product.
Comes with a leaflet to give examples on how to use and if you want to learn more you can search for some workouts on YouTube, also comes with a carrier bag so you can take them anywhere and its small so you can pop them in you handbag or bagpack, only down side to them is the smell when they are new is quite strong
I only use the one size for now but worth a buy if you need different resistance levels. Very strong and the different colours make it easier to grab the one you need
First impressions visually are good. Nice colours clearly marked with strengths. Nice pouch to store them all in also. However the heavy one did snap. All the others have continued to remain good quality. I would assume it was a fault in manufacturing and unavoidable for the seller to know before selling.
On contacting the seller they were very quick in responding and apologetic offering to replace them or give a full refund. Therefore I would recommend this product as feel it’s most likely a one off fault.
